培养双语双文化人:新疆少数民族双语教育概念探讨

【摘要】:在对双语现象与双语教育关注重点进行探讨的基础上,提出新疆双语教育概念与双语双文化人概念:以少数民族语言与国家通用语——汉语作为教学语言,使学生通过授课语言的运用达到学习两种语言与两种文化,同时学习学科知识的添加性教育。双语双文化人是指通晓两种语言、适应两种文化,既熟悉本民族语言及文化并对其充满感情,又熟悉另一民族语言及文化并对其持尊重、了解与包容态度,并能够与之和谐相处的人。
[Abstract]:Based on the discussion of bilingual phenomenon and the focus of bilingual education, this paper puts forward the concept of bilingual education in Xinjiang and the concept of bilingual and bi-cultural person: Chinese, the language of minority nationalities and the common language of the state-Chinese as the teaching language. So that students can learn two languages and two cultures through the use of the language of instruction, and at the same time learn the additive sex education of subject knowledge. Bilingual bi-cultural person refers to the two languages, adapted to two cultures, both familiar with and full of feelings for their own language and culture, but also familiar with and respect for the language and culture of another, understanding and tolerance, People who can live in harmony with them.
