汉英双语者跨语言结构启动效应研究

人们能够理解和表达从未接触或产出过的言语,其根源在于人类语言心理表征的抽象性,即一些句子成分被范畴化为更一般的表征。这些抽象表征的本质是什么,他们抽象的程度有多高,对诸如此类问题的回答直接关涉人们对语言使用的理解。为探索语言表征尤其是句法表征的抽象性,本研究以Scheepers et al.(2011)及曾涛等(2015)的研究为基础,进行跨语言的结构启动研究。结构启动是指个体在产生或理解一个结构时,倾向于重复使用或仿照刚刚加工过的结构。本文以汉语特定句型“NP1+有+NP2+很+(AP)”和英语的定从挂靠歧义句,这两种在抽象层级结构方面具有相似之处的结构,为目标结构,检验在产出和理解两种任务中,双向跨语言结构启动效应的存在与否。本研究以66名英语专业大三年级学生为被试,采取定量研究的方法,通过让受试首先完成启动句,再完成句子补全任务和语义理解任务(分别代表语言产出和语言理解),来检测产出与理解双向的结构启动效应。研究发现,在L1产出和理解任务中,英语定语从句挂靠歧义结构对汉语特定句型的产出和理解均具有结构启动效应。在L2产出任务中,汉语特定句型对英语定从挂靠结构具有结构启动效应,在L...
