中国政府官员对记者对抗性提问的回应策略研究

　　新闻发布会中记者提问环节一直备受关注,常有记者提出一些敏感且具有对抗性的问题。面对此类问题,发言人必须采纳适当的策略,在避免冲突的情况下维护国家形象和利益。本研究参照Bull和Mayer(1993)以及Jiang(2006)对发言人回应策略的分类,以语言顺应论为理论框架,采取定量研究和定性研究相结合的方法,探讨了发言人在面对不同对抗程度的提问时,所采取的回应策略。数据分析表明:(1)从回应策略的使用频率来看,直接回应使用最多,闪避次之,拒绝回应最少。与以往研究相比,直接回应的使用频率呈现明显的上升趋势。(2)从策略使用的丰富度来看,闪避策略类型较为丰富,直接策略和拒绝策略类型使用较为单一,其中拒绝策略主要表现为间接拒绝策略。(3)从提问的对抗程度来看,政府官员的闪避和拒绝回应策略存在明显的差异。随着对抗性程度的提升,拒绝回答策略的使用明显增多。研究表明,在新闻发布会这种公开的政治语境下,面对记者的对抗性提问,发言人倾向于直面回击,维护国家形象和利益,消除外界对国家不利或不实的言论影响。此外,参照提问的对抗性,发言人灵活选择不同的回应策略。从顺应论角度来看,新闻发布会中发言人和记者以及他...
