【摘要】：都市农业的产生与当今社会工业化和城市化进程加快有着不可分割的联系,可以说是都市经济水平发展到较高层次的产物。在过去的几十年中工业的蓬勃发展使城市面积不断扩张,从而导致城市周边的农业用地被肆意占用,长久下来给城市造成了绿地锐减、生活环境日趋恶化的后果。此外,随着居民生活水平的大幅提高,对物质生活和精神生活的需求也在与日俱增,分配给休闲娱乐的时间和开销则越来越充裕。都市农业景观就是在这样的背景下逐渐发展起来的,它不仅满足了城市居民回归自然、体验农业文明以及对新鲜果蔬的渴望,还反映了城市经济水平大跨度发展之后人类对未来农业发展的新探索。早在20世纪五、六十年代美国就出现了关于都市农业的概念并在城市流行起来,与西方发达国家比较我国的都市农业起步相对较晚,20世纪九十年代才在我国东部沿海经济较为发达的地区开始了有关都市农业景观的研究和实践。我国的都市农业致力于平衡城市建设与农业发展之间存在的矛盾,着重于农业景观附加值的开发和利用,充分体现农业景观在审美、文化教育、生态服务、社会公益和经济效益等多方面的价值和作用。本篇论文以都市农业景观规划设计为主要研究内容,通过使用文献资料分析法、案例研究分析方法和实地调研法等对研究对象进行叫全面分析。首先,归纳总结了都市农业景观的概念、园区应遵循的规划设计原则以及都市农业景观几大显著功能特征；其次,对国内外都市农业发展历程和现状进行总结,通过对国内外若干个城市的农业园区进行案例分析和调研,结合相关理论总结出未来国内发展都市农业景观的途径和措施；最后,以天津市某现代农业主体公园为例进行设计实践。力求农业在生产的同时又能营造出赏心悦目的优美环境,从而将“都市”、“农业”、“景观”真正结合起来。使都市农业景观不仅能够增加城市绿化的多样性和覆盖率,还在延续古老的农业文明、传承农耕文化,提升城市生活品质方面发挥重要的作用。
[Abstract]:The emergence of urban agriculture is inextricably linked to the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization in today's society. It can be said that the development of urban economic level to a higher level of the product. In the past few decades, the booming development of industry has led to the continuous expansion of the urban area, resulting in the urban periphery of agricultural land is wantonly occupied. For a long time, the city has suffered a sharp decline in green space and worsening living environment. In addition, with the substantial improvement of the living standards of residents, the demand for material and spiritual life is also increasing day by day. The time and expense allocated to leisure and recreation are more and more abundant. Urban agricultural landscape is gradually developed in this context, it not only meets the urban residents return to nature. The experience of agricultural civilization and the desire for fresh fruits and vegetables also reflect the new exploration of the future agricultural development after the large span development of urban economic level. As early as 20th century. In 60s, the concept of urban agriculture appeared in the United States and became popular in cities. Compared with the western developed countries, urban agriculture in China started relatively late. In 1990s, the research and practice of the urban agricultural landscape began in the economically developed areas of the eastern coast of China. The urban agriculture of our country is committed to balancing the existing between urban construction and agricultural development. Shield. Focus on the development and utilization of agricultural landscape added value, fully reflect the agricultural landscape in aesthetic, cultural and educational, ecological services. This paper takes the urban agricultural landscape planning and design as the main research content, through the use of literature analysis. Case study analysis method and field research method are called comprehensive analysis. Firstly, the concept of urban agricultural landscape is summarized. The planning and design principles of the park should be followed as well as several significant functional features of the urban agricultural landscape; Secondly, the development of urban agriculture at home and abroad and the current situation of the summary, through a number of domestic and foreign cities of agricultural parks for case analysis and research. Combining with relevant theories, this paper summarizes the ways and measures of developing urban agricultural landscape in China in the future. Finally, taking a modern agricultural main park in Tianjin as an example, the design practice is carried out in order to create a beautiful environment which is pleasing to the eyes while agriculture is produced, so that "city" and "agriculture" can be created. The "landscape" is really combined to make the urban agricultural landscape not only increase the diversity and coverage of urban greening, but also continue the ancient agricultural civilization and inherit the farming culture. Improving the quality of life in the city plays an important role.
