【摘要】：休闲观光农业园是一种新型的园林发展形式,它是以农业产业、农业文化为依托,以乡村田园景观和农事活动为背景的一种农业与旅游交汇的创新产业。它对于我国建设美丽乡村,实现城乡全面、协调可持续发展有着十分重要的意义。本论文对休闲观光农业园规划的研究背景、国内外发展现状以及研究目的与意义进行了系统的研究,并结合休闲观光农业园规划设计的理论依据,总结出了休闲观光农业园规划设计的规划原则和规划内容。结合相关案例的分析,指出我国休闲农业现阶段出现的一些问题,提出解决这些问题的办法和建议,并对休闲观光农业园的规划设计的要点进行了详细的分析。在理论研究的基础上,以禹州市盛田休闲观光农业园的规划设计为例,结合当地的农耕文化、中药文化、陶瓷文化以及特色红薯农产品等,以美丽乡村游和养生度假为切入点,对禹州市盛田休闲观光农业园进行合理的规划。园区占地2494亩,主要的农业生产以红薯为主,园区规划出场地让游客参与体验粉条、焖子等特产的制作过程,还可以在生态餐厅或农家乐景区品尝以红薯为主题的红薯宴或者参与其它以红薯为主题的体验活动。在园区入口专门规划有商贸集市区,主要用于对园区的特色农产品以及禹州当地的民俗进行交易与宣传。另外,借助SWOT分析,从生态、文化、功能、效益等方面出发,因地制宜地将园区划分为休闲观光、农事体验、现代农业科技示范、养生度假、果林采摘、香草园、畜牧养殖等功能分区,并对各区内特色景点以及相关旅游项目进行了详细设计和精心策划,将园区打造为以红薯等农产品生产为主题,富有当地特色、环境秀美,集“吃、住、行、游、娱、购”为一体多元化功能组合的复合式休闲农业旅游胜地。
[Abstract]:Leisure and sightseeing agricultural garden is a new form of garden development, which is based on agricultural industry and agricultural culture. Based on rural pastoral landscape and agricultural activities as the background of a kind of agricultural and tourism intersection of innovative industries, it for the construction of beautiful villages, the realization of urban and rural comprehensive. Coordination of sustainable development has a very important significance. This paper has a systematic study on the planning of leisure and sightseeing agricultural park, the development situation at home and abroad, as well as the purpose and significance of the research. Combined with the theoretical basis of the planning and design of the leisure and sightseeing agricultural park, this paper summarizes the planning principles and contents of the planning and design of the leisure and sightseeing agricultural park. This paper points out some problems existing in leisure agriculture in our country at present, puts forward some methods and suggestions to solve these problems, and analyzes in detail the main points of planning and design of leisure and sightseeing agricultural park, on the basis of theoretical research. Take the planning and design of Yuzhou Shengtian leisure and sightseeing agricultural garden as an example, combine the local farming culture, Chinese medicine culture, ceramic culture and characteristic sweet potato agricultural products, take the beautiful countryside tour and the health vacation as the breakthrough point. Yuzhou Shengtian leisure and sightseeing agricultural park for rational planning. The park covers an area of 2494 mu, the main agricultural production is sweet potato, the park plans out the site for tourists to participate in the experience of powder strips. It is mainly used to trade and propagate the characteristic agricultural products and local folk customs of Yuzhou. According to local conditions, the park will be divided into leisure tourism, agricultural experience, modern agricultural science and technology demonstration, health vacation, fruit harvesting, vanilla garden, animal husbandry and other functional areas. And the district characteristics of scenic spots and related tourism projects for detailed design and careful planning, the park will be made to sweet potato and other agricultural production as the theme, rich local characteristics, beautiful environment, set "eat, live, line."
