【摘要】：我们生活的环境中,山地面积就约占了整个陆地面积的三分之二。在日益发展的旅游业背景下,面对日益追求环境品质的消费者需求,山地环境以其优质的景观环境资源优势常成为众多旅游景点、酒店等接待空间的选址地点。在山地地形中,依据地形的几何特征与空间特性,分为山顶、山谷、山麓、等八大类型。本文选择的山谷地形多为山地建筑与环境的选址对象,研究具有较强针对性。接待空间作为人们在外的“家”,在满足人们的基本功能需求外,其环境营造设计应与其所处的地理环境和人文环境产生共鸣,使人们体验到一种当地的的场所感与归属感,这一设计原则是建筑与环境设计中地域性表达的集中体现。本文将地域性的理念追求作为整体研究的一个基本点。其中本文地域性概念,不仅包含山谷、区域、气候、地形地貌条件等概念,还包括地域历史文化、传统风俗等以及建筑与自然的关系、与地区相适应的技术条件手段。自然性、文化性与适应性都归为地域性特征的体现。本文采取提出问题,分析问题到解决问题的思维方式,通过文献阅读、多学科综合分析,以及实地调研考察等方法展开研究实践。在设计理论研究方面,本文在国内外山地建筑设计的研究成果之上,归纳山谷地带的自然因素地形、气候、水文、植被以及地域文化与营造技术对其影响；从形态设计的角度出发,归纳山谷地形中建筑的形态特征、接地方式以及空间布局特点。分析建筑对于山地环境的适应方式,总结山谷地形中建筑与环境营造的方式与特点。紧接着结合目前山谷地形中的接待空间案例展开分析研究,探讨民宿,度假型接待空间以及主题型接待空间的地域性营造手法。通过深入分析主题型接待空间——中国梅山文化园,总结其地域性内涵的表现形式,并将研究成果融入到实际,展开对于中国梅山文化园梓树湾接待空间建筑与环境的设计实践。应证理论研究的操作性、指导性与现实意义。
[Abstract]:In the environment we live in, the mountainous area accounts for about 2/3 of the total land area. In the context of the growing tourism industry, the growing pursuit of environmental quality of consumer demand. Mountain environment with its superior landscape environment resources advantage often become a lot of tourist attractions, hotels and other reception space location. In the mountain terrain, according to the geometric characteristics and spatial characteristics of the terrain, can be divided into mountain peaks, valleys. The valley terrain chosen in this paper is mostly the location object of mountain architecture and environment. The research has strong pertinence. The reception space is taken as the "home" of people outside. In order to meet the basic functional needs of people, the design of its environment should resonate with its geographical environment and humanistic environment, so that people can experience a sense of local place and a sense of belonging. This design principle is a concentrated embodiment of regional expression in architectural and environmental design. This paper regards the concept of regionalism as a basic point of the whole research. The concept of regionalism in this paper not only includes valleys and regions. The concepts of climate, topography and geomorphology, including regional history and culture, traditional customs, and the relationship between architecture and nature, as well as the technical conditions adapted to the region, and naturalness. Culture and adaptability are classified as the embodiment of regional characteristics. This paper adopts the thinking mode of raising questions, analyzing the problems to solving the problems, and through the literature reading, multi-disciplinary comprehensive analysis. In terms of design theory, this paper summarizes the natural factors of terrain, climate and hydrology on the basis of the research results of mountain architectural design at home and abroad. Vegetation and regional culture and construction technology to its impact; From the point of view of morphological design, this paper sums up the morphological characteristics, grounding mode and spatial layout characteristics of buildings in the valley terrain, and analyzes the adaptation of the buildings to the mountain environment. Summarize the architectural and environmental construction methods and characteristics in the valley terrain. Then combining with the reception space in the current valley terrain to carry out an analysis and study to explore the housing. Through in-depth analysis of theme-type reception space-China Meishan Culture Park, summed up the regional connotation of its manifestations. The research results are put into practice, and the design practice of the reception space and environment in Zishuwan, Meishan Culture Park in China is carried out. The feasibility, guidance and practical significance of the theoretical research should be proved.
