深圳前海桂湾片区慢行系统立体化营造策略研究

【摘要】:随着城市的迅速发展,城市人口大量增多,这促使城市密度、建筑密度不断快速加大,与此同时,城市功能也逐渐复合化、多元化。高强度的空间开发必然带来城市交通压力,国内外已有较多对城市公共交通以及慢行交通发展模式的研究,TOD模式的城市交通已经受到重视,然而,对于高强度开发下的城市空间慢行系统营造的相关研究依然较少。本文通过对高强度开发的城市中心区现状分析,总结三点城市慢行系统对立体化发展的需求,主要包括城市空间容量不足的需求,城市通勤便捷度的需求,对舒适的慢行环境的需求。由此提出商务中心区慢行系统的立体化营造的目标及要素。本文基于对一般的慢行系统构建目标,结合城市空间走向立体化的发展特征,提出慢行系统的立体化营造目标及要素。通过对慢行人群行为特征的分析,得出慢行系统的立体化营造目标是:有路慢行、安全慢行、便捷慢行、舒适慢行、愉悦慢行。通过分析,慢行系统的立体化构成要素主要包括立体化的慢行网络结构、立体化的慢行接驳体系、立体化的景观空间体系、立体化的慢行配套设施。通过上述对慢行系统的立体化营造的基础研究,本文探讨了前海桂湾片区的特征和需求,主要体现在三方面:桂湾片区以复合集约为理念的城市空间、以多样高密为特征的交通体系,以高端人群为主导的慢行群体。基于对桂湾片区对慢行系统的立体化营造的需求分析,结合前文对慢行系统的立体化构成要素的总结,对深圳前海桂湾片区的基础条件加以分析,提出桂湾片区慢行系统的立体化营造目标及策略,包括以下四点:慢行系统的立体化网络结构营造策略,慢行系统的立体化接驳体系营造策略,慢行系统的立体化景观体系营造策略,慢行系统的立体化设施配套策略。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the city, the population of the city is increasing, which promotes the density of the city and the density of the building. At the same time, the function of the city is becoming more and more complex. Diversification. The high-intensity space development will inevitably bring the urban traffic pressure. There have been more research on the urban public transport and slow traffic development mode at home and abroad. Tod mode of urban traffic has been paid attention to. However, the research on urban space slow moving system under high intensity development is still few. This paper analyzes the current situation of urban center area under high intensity development. Summarize the three-point urban slow-moving system for three-dimensional development needs, including the demand for insufficient urban space capacity, urban commuting convenience needs. Based on the requirements of comfortable slow moving environment, this paper puts forward the goal and elements of three-dimensional construction of slow moving system in the central business district. This paper is based on the construction goal of the general slow moving system. Combined with the three-dimensional development characteristics of urban space, this paper puts forward the three-dimensional construction goals and elements of slow moving system. Through the analysis of the characteristics of slow moving crowd behavior. It is concluded that the three-dimensional goal of slow moving system is that there is a road to slow, safe slow, convenient slow, comfortable slow, pleasant slow. Through analysis. The three-dimensional components of slow-moving system mainly include three-dimensional slow-moving network structure, three-dimensional slow-moving connection system, three-dimensional landscape space system. Through the basic research on the three-dimensional construction of the slow moving system, this paper discusses the characteristics and requirements of the Qianhai Gui Bay area. It is mainly reflected in three aspects: the urban space with the concept of complex and intensive, and the traffic system characterized by various and high density in the area of Gui Wan. Based on the demand analysis of the three-dimensional construction of slow moving system in Gui Wan area, combined with the summary of the three-dimensional components of slow moving system. Based on the analysis of the basic conditions of Shenzhen Qianhai Guiwan area, the paper puts forward the three-dimensional construction objectives and strategies of slow moving system in Gui Wan area, including the following four points: the construction strategy of three-dimensional network structure of slow moving system. The construction strategy of three-dimensional connection system of slow moving system, the construction strategy of three-dimensional landscape system of slow moving system, and the supporting strategy of three-dimensional facilities of slow moving system.
