【摘要】：改革开放后,我国经济飞速发展,城市快速建设。经济的一体化使得城市风貌的地方传统特征逐渐弱化,出现了千城一面的现象,快速的建设行为更是加剧了城市风貌的混乱无序。良好而独特的城市风貌不仅给予市民舒适美好的生活环境,还是城市令人印象深刻的形象名片,有助于吸引人才和资本,加强城市竞争力。随着城市发展水平的提高,许多城市主动开展了城市总体风貌规划。然而由于起步较晚,规划编制方式五花八门,成果难以实施。鞍山是典型的工矿业城市,对比于其他城市,面临着更为严重的风貌问题。在此背景下,对城市总体风貌规划进行深入研究,建立起适合于鞍山的系统的规划框架是十分有必要的。本研究从城市风貌的相关概念出发,总结国内外城市总体风貌规划的相关理论和实践,认知城市总体风貌规划的相关经验。而后对鞍山城市的风貌现状进行分析,总结出自然环境、人工环境和社会文化三方面的风貌特色和问题。接着梳理城市总体风貌规划的技术方法,针对鞍山的风貌特征选取四个案例,对城市风貌的控制和引导方法进行深入探讨。在此基础上,以鞍山为例进行实证研究,提出风貌规划的总体目标和策略,进行城市风貌的控制和引导,并提出分区建设指引以对接下层次的规划。通过城市总体风貌规划,将鞍山塑造为山水绿城、百年钢都和宜居城市。本研究可以为鞍山城市风貌的塑造提供合理的技术方法,更好地支撑鞍山城市总体规划,同时为其他类似城市的风貌改善提供一些思路。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening up, the rapid development of our economy, the rapid construction of the city. The integration of economy makes the local traditional characteristics of the urban style gradually weakened, and the phenomenon of "one side of a thousand cities" appears. The rapid construction behavior has exacerbated the chaos and disorder of the urban landscape. Good and unique urban features not only give citizens a comfortable and beautiful living environment, but also an impressive image card of the city. It is helpful to attract talents and capital and strengthen the competitiveness of cities. With the improvement of the level of urban development, many cities take the initiative to develop the overall style and features of cities. However, due to the late start, the planning is made in a variety of ways. The results are difficult to implement. Anshan is a typical industrial and mining city, compared with other cities, it faces more serious problems of style and features. In this context, the overall urban landscape planning is studied in depth. It is necessary to set up a systematic planning framework suitable for Anshan. This study summarizes the relevant theories and practices of the overall urban landscape planning at home and abroad from the related concepts of urban style and features. Cognition of the overall urban landscape planning experience. Then the analysis of the present situation of the city of Anshan, summed up the natural environment. Artificial environment and social and cultural features of the three aspects of the characteristics and problems. Then combing the overall urban landscape planning technology methods, according to the features of Anshan selected four cases. On the basis of this, take Anshan as an example to carry on the empirical research, proposes the overall goal and the strategy of the style and features planning, carries on the control and the guidance of the urban style and features. And proposed the zoning construction guidance to connect the lower level plan. Through the city overall style and appearance plan, will shape Anshan as the landscape green city. This study can provide a reasonable technical method for shaping the style and features of Anshan city, better support the overall planning of Anshan city, and provide some ideas for the improvement of other similar cities.
