初中美术教师教学激情对课堂的影响

【摘要】:教育体制的变革是教育部门长期需要攻破的难题,素质教育的提出是教育体制改革的一大进步。但是以高考为指挥棒的时代依旧存在,分数仍是掌控着学生命运的重要准绳。“均衡发展”政策的提出这让艺术类学科的老师或许在改革的政策中看到了希望。但参看一下课程安排,又会发现其实并不竟然。初中的美术课程大多是名存实亡。一次次的课程改革力求能将学生与老师都从卷山题海中拯救出来。更高效的传授知识获取知识,得到多方面能力的培养。美育是比较重要的教育手段之一,它特别注重在情感态度价值观的培养。初中生大多处于13-16周岁之间,这个年龄段的学生性格叛逆,接受新鲜事物能力快,可塑性强。美育在这个阶段起着引导作用,有助于学生树立正确的价值观人生观,同时该时期也是培养审美的重要时期。美术学科的价值远不仅有课本上所涉及到的知识,它可以和许多学科进行资源整合从而达到高效的学习效果。但是美术课却因为不纳入考试科目而一直不受学校重视,这种情况在农村学校由其明显,从而导致许多美术老师丧失了教学激情,产生了厌教情绪。本文试图从实例出发分析教学激情对课堂的影响,更将研究重点放在了美术教师应该如何在这个大环境下保持教学激情,上好每堂课。从前人的经验中找出适合自己的教学方法,以达到课堂高效,让学生保持对美术课的兴趣从而得出一条美术课堂的“解救之路”。
[Abstract]:The reform of the education system is a difficult problem that the education departments need to break down for a long time. The proposal of quality education is a great progress of the reform of the education system. But the era of taking the college entrance examination as the baton still exists. Scores are still an important yardstick governing the fate of students. The introduction of a "balanced development" policy may give art teachers hope in the policy of reform. But see the curriculum. It will also be found that it is not surprising. Art courses in junior high school are mostly dead in name. The curriculum reform has sought to save students and teachers from the sea of mountain problems and to impart knowledge more efficiently. Aesthetic education is one of the more important means of education, it pays special attention to the cultivation of emotional attitude and values. Most junior high school students are between 13 and 16 years old. Students of this age have a rebellious character, fast ability to accept new things, and strong plasticity. Aesthetic education plays a leading role in this stage and helps students to set up correct values and outlook on life. At the same time, this period is also an important period for the cultivation of aesthetics. The value of the art discipline is far more than the knowledge involved in textbooks. It can integrate resources with many subjects to achieve efficient learning results. But art courses have not been taken seriously by schools because they are not included in the examination subjects. This situation is evident in rural schools. As a result, many art teachers have lost their teaching passion, resulting in a lot of teacher weariness. This paper attempts to analyze the impact of teaching passion on the classroom from examples. The focus of the study is how art teachers should maintain their teaching passion and take each lesson well in this environment. In order to achieve classroom efficiency, we should find out the appropriate teaching methods in the past people's experience. Keep the students interested in art classes and come up with a "way to salvation" in the art class.
