济南市区幼儿舞蹈开展与推广研究

【摘要】：随着社会的发展,传统的应试教育已经不能完全适应我国社会发展的需要。素质教育成为当今时代的主题,它传达了一种新时代的教育理念。幼儿期作为人生中快速生长的关键期,在其整个人生的发展中占据重要作用。舞蹈是运用人体的动作结合音乐,表达人们的思想和情感的一门艺术。幼儿通过舞蹈的学习,将对其身体与心理的发展产生积极作用。本文运用调查法、文献研究法、数理统计法、比较分析法,以济南市区(历下区、市中区、槐荫区、天桥区、历城区、高新区)幼儿园以及舞蹈培训机构作为研究范围,济南市区幼儿舞蹈开展现状为研究对象,通过对教师、家长、幼儿自身等方面分析影响济南市区幼儿舞蹈发展的因素,提出相应建议以及推广方法。为加强幼儿舞蹈教育高普及率、高质量的发展,提高幼儿的综合素质,从而推动济南市幼儿舞蹈教育的水平乃至整个山东省幼儿舞蹈的开展具有重要意义。研究发现,影响济南市区幼儿舞蹈发展的主要因素为,一、公办幼儿园几乎不开设舞蹈课。二、教师综合素质。包括兼职教师比例过大,教师学历与职业素养等问题。三、教师教学内容不统一,随意化严重。四、社会舞蹈环境功利化。五、上课场地设施不完善。针对影响因素并结合济南市区实际情况,提出以下推广政策。一、加大政府财政投入力度,可以以部分公办幼儿园为试点开设舞蹈课程,由点及面进行推广。二、提升教师综合素质,规范严格的准入制度。三、规范教材,制定统一教学内容。要结合幼儿不同年龄的生理特点,结合不同舞种特点。四、加强监管力度,改善幼儿舞蹈社会环境。五、完善上课场地、设施,保障幼儿上课基本环境。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the traditional examination-oriented education has not been able to fully meet the needs of social development in China. Quality education has become the theme of the times. It conveys the educational idea of a new era. As a key period of rapid growth in life, early childhood plays an important role in the development of the whole life. Dance is the use of human body movements combined with music. An art of expressing people's thoughts and emotions. The study of children through dance will have a positive effect on their physical and psychological development. This paper uses the method of investigation, literature research, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis. Jinan urban area (Lixia District, Shizhong District, Huayin District, Tianqiao District, Liicheng District, High-tech Zone) kindergarten and dance training institutions as the research scope, Jinan urban area for the status quo of infant dance development as the research object. Through the teachers, parents, young children and other aspects of the analysis of the impact of Jinan urban early childhood dance development factors, put forward the corresponding suggestions and promotion methods to strengthen the high popularization rate of early childhood dance education, high-quality development. It is of great significance to improve the comprehensive quality of children and to promote the level of infant dance education in Jinan and even the development of infant dance in Shandong Province. The main factors that affect the development of infant dance in Jinan city are as follows: first, there are few dance classes in public kindergartens; second, teachers' comprehensive quality, including the excessive proportion of part-time teachers, teachers' education and professional literacy. 3. The teaching content of teachers is not unified, random serious. Fourth, social dance environment utilitarian. Fifth, the venue facilities are not perfect. According to the impact factors and combined with the actual situation of Jinan urban area, the following promotion policies are put forward. 1. Increase the government financial input, some public kindergartens for the pilot opening of dance courses, from point and surface to promote. Second, improve the comprehensive quality of teachers, standardize strict access system. Third, standardize teaching materials. To formulate unified teaching content. To combine the physiological characteristics of children of different ages, combined with the characteristics of different dance types. Fourth, strengthen supervision, improve the social environment of infant dance. Fifth, improve the venue and facilities. To ensure the basic environment for children to attend classes.
