居家养老背景下的杭州住区公共空间适老性改造策略研究

【摘要】：随着计划生育的进行,我国人口结构迅速向老龄化发展,就全世界而言,也正面临着人口老龄化的社会问题。鉴于我国现阶段的经济发展水平以及人民的养老观念,目前我国的养老模式已经难以跟上越来越的高养老需求。受限于社会养老由于经济发展的制约,也存在很多的问题。养老问题的一个重要内容就是老年人的居住问题,居住环境的质量将会直接影响老年人的生活品质。因此,需要对老年人的居住环境进行研究。居住环境中的很大一部分内容就是住区的公共活动空间,因为这是所有居住者将会直接接触到的区域,而且对于老年人来说,往往比其他人花费更多的时间在公共空间内。而目前的住区由于设计于非老龄化社会,因此存在很多的问题,不利于老年人的使用。本文以杭州市住区公共空间适老性为研究对象,参阅相关的研究资料,结合实地的考察,分析总结目前杭州住区公共活动空间的特点与存在的普遍性问题,研究内容为现有住区公共空间适老性改造策略。本文首先对住区公共活动空间相关概念进行概述,查阅相关的研究成果,结合老年人的身心特点,探讨了老年人生活时间结构及空间结构的变化、生理及心理的变化特征与行为活动特征,并以此为依据分析研究老年人对住区公共活动空间的特殊需求,提出了住区公共空间适老性要求。通过选取从杭州市区中三个具有代表性的住区进行调研与分析,分别为浅水湾城市花园、丽阳苑小区、金色家园小区。其次在此基础上,通过实地调研结合具体情况进行分析,观察、记录老年人的日常生活作息习惯,分析老年人在公共活动空间喜爱的运动以及停留区域,归纳总结出目前杭州市老年人住区户外活动现状,并且根据调研反映出的问题,从公共空间的改造、道路系统改造、住区户外景观改造、活动空间及场所细部以及老年人公共服务设施等方面提出了适老性改造的策略与方法。希望本文的研究能对今后已有住区公共空间的适老性改造以及新建住区中公共活动空间的适老性设计有所帮助。
[Abstract]:With the development of family planning, China's population structure is rapidly aging, as far as the world is concerned. It is also facing the social problem of aging population. In view of the current level of economic development and the people's concept of old-age support in China. At present, China's pension model has been difficult to keep up with the increasing demand for the aged. Limited by the social pension due to the constraints of economic development. There are also many problems. One of the important contents of the old-age problem is the living of the elderly. The quality of living environment will directly affect the quality of life of the elderly. A study of the living environment of older persons is needed. A large part of the living environment is the public space of activity in the settlements, as this is the area to which all occupants will have direct access. Moreover, older persons tend to spend more time in public spaces than others, and the current settlements have many problems because they are designed for non-ageing societies. It is not conducive to the use of the elderly. This paper takes the aging of public space in Hangzhou residential area as the research object, referring to the relevant research materials, combined with the field investigation. This paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics and problems of public activity space in Hangzhou residential area. The research content is the existing residential community public space aging reform strategy. Firstly, this paper summarizes the concept of residential public activity space, consult the relevant research results, combined with the physical and mental characteristics of the elderly. This paper probes into the changes of the life time structure and spatial structure of the elderly, the changing characteristics of physiology and psychology and the characteristics of behavior and activities, and analyzes and studies the special demand of the elderly for the public activity space of the residential area on the basis of this analysis. Through the investigation and analysis of three representative residential areas from the Hangzhou urban area, they are the repulse bay urban garden and Liyang garden district. Secondly, on this basis, through field research combined with specific circumstances to analyze, observe, record the daily life habits of the elderly. This paper analyzes the sports and staying areas that the elderly enjoy in the public activity space, summarizes the current situation of outdoor activities in the residential areas of the elderly in Hangzhou, and according to the problems reflected in the investigation, the transformation of the public space. Road system transformation, residential outdoor landscape transformation. This paper puts forward the strategies and methods for the elderly renovation in the aspects of activity space and site details and the public service facilities for the elderly. It is hoped that the study in this paper will be helpful to the elderly transformation of the public space in the existing residential areas in the future as well as to the newly built residential areas. The aging design of public activity space is helpful.
