秀山梅江河地域特色风貌建筑设计探索

【摘要】：当今中国建筑市场,全球化现状日趋严重,建筑风格趋于雷同,而与此相对的则是地域特性与民族特性的消减。这种现状的产生进而促使当代建筑师更加关注建筑的地域性文化传播与延续,并激发了建筑师关于地域性建筑的创作与思考的探索性研究,而如何更好的展现地域建筑的特色与个性则是各国建筑研究的重点。在实际创作中,对原有地区的传统建筑的学习与研究是传承和发扬建筑地域特色的重要方式,并对地域建筑[1]的创作手法进行了广泛的探索实践。本文以当下地域建筑创作的大环境为背景,结合实际项目,对地域背景下的风貌改造区进行新建筑的设计指导。本文通过对相关资料的查阅和整理收集,以及学习前人的研究成果,将现代建筑设计理念与实践经验相结合,对教化楼这一梅江河风貌建筑进行设计指导实践,并对实际工程项目的设计理念进行详细的研究与论述。在研究课题的指导下,论文结合秀山梅江河长廊景观规划与风貌建筑设计项目的整个设计过程来分析问题。对风貌长廊规划区所处的秀山土家族聚集地的区域文化背景予以定位,将传承地域建筑特色作为此项目的设计理念。在项目具体设计中,以传统建筑为学习对象,充分调研土家族的传统地域建筑,紧密围绕项目定位,查阅相关文献资料,总结并提炼出梅江河土家族地区传统建筑特色,为后续教化楼的设计提供参考和运用元素。并且研究了当地传统建筑特色的形成因素,从各个方面深入考察其背后的历史、经济、文化、社会条件,理性思考整个设计过程,从内涵和本质上体现秀山梅江河民族地域特色。教化楼设计是在此研究基础上探讨了传统地域建筑的创作手法,与实际相结合,在教化楼的总体布局构思、建筑空间与风貌形态、建筑技术等方面对该项目进行剖析,由浅入深,从整体到局部,解析了整个项目是如何在满足功能需求的同时与环境地形条件相结合,如何将传统建筑特色合理再现且创新运用,如何把现代建造技术融入到民族地域特色的传统形式中,是该建筑满足地域文化、现代功能、风貌形态的定位需求,赋予建筑地域文化内涵和时代特征。最后,依据该项目创作中所积累的经验,分析、理解和反思整个设计过程,对传统民族地域建筑的创作手法进行了探索性总结。以实际设计条件和传统建筑布局特色为基础,将建筑与周边环境相结合,以自然环境观和传统文化内涵为考量。传承运用传统文化所赋予的建筑风貌形态特色,传统文化与时代精神并重,适应现代建筑结构功能要求。创造性地运用地域建筑技术,以再现传统建筑形态并适应地域环境特征。
[Abstract]:In today's Chinese construction market, the present situation of globalization is becoming more and more serious, and the architectural style tends to be the same. On the other hand, the regional and national characteristics have been reduced, and the emergence of this situation has prompted contemporary architects to pay more attention to the spread and continuation of the regional culture of architecture. And inspired the architects on the creation and thinking of regional architecture exploratory research, and how to better show the characteristics and personality of regional architecture is the focus of architectural research in the world. In the actual creation, The study and research of the traditional architecture in the original area is an important way to inherit and carry forward the regional characteristics of the architecture, and the creative methods of the regional architecture [1] have been extensively explored and practiced. Combined with the actual project, the design guidance of the new building is carried out in the area of landscape transformation under the regional background. Through the reference and collection of the relevant materials, and the study of the previous research results, Combining the modern architectural design idea with the practical experience, the design guidance practice of the Meijiang River architecture, the edification building, and the detailed research and discussion on the design idea of the actual engineering project are carried out under the guidance of the research subject. According to the whole design process of Xiushan Meijiang River corridor landscape planning and landscape architectural design project, this paper analyzes the problems, and points out the regional cultural background of the Xiushan Tujia gathering area, which is located in the style and features corridor planning area. In the specific design of the project, take the traditional architecture as the study object, fully investigate the Tujia traditional regional architecture, closely around the project positioning, consult the relevant documents, Summarizing and refining the traditional architectural characteristics of Tujia area in Meijiang River, providing reference and application elements for the design of the subsequent edification building, and studying the forming factors of the local traditional architectural characteristics, and deeply investigating the history behind it from various aspects. Economy, culture, social conditions, rational thinking of the whole design process, from the connotation and essence of the Xiushan Meimei national regional characteristics. In combination with reality, the project is analyzed from the aspects of the overall layout, architectural space and appearance, and architectural technology of the edification building, from the whole to the local. This paper analyzes how the whole project can meet the functional requirements and combine with the environmental terrain conditions, how to reproduce and innovate the traditional architectural features, how to integrate the modern construction technology into the traditional forms of the national regional characteristics, and how to integrate the modern construction technology into the traditional forms of the national regional characteristics. It is the architecture that meets the needs of regional culture, modern function, style and form, and endows the architectural regional culture with the connotation and characteristics of the times. Finally, according to the experience accumulated in the creation of the project, the whole design process is analyzed, understood and reflected. Based on the actual design conditions and the characteristics of the traditional architecture layout, the author combines the architecture with the surrounding environment. Considering the concept of natural environment and the connotation of traditional culture, inheriting and applying the characteristics of architectural style and appearance given by traditional culture, paying equal attention to traditional culture and the spirit of the times, adapting to the functional requirements of modern architectural structure, creatively using regional architectural technology. To reproduce the traditional architectural form and adapt to the characteristics of the regional environment.
