基于POE方法的深圳市高新园公共开放空间评价及优化策略

【摘要】:高科技园中良好的公共开放空间可以缓解人们工作压力,促进社会交往和知识交换,激发创新思维。高科技园是以密集的高素质科技工作者为依托的,更应充分关注他们的使用感受和需求。本文以深圳市高新园为例,探讨构建一套科学的使用后评价(POE)体系对高新园公共开放空间进行系统全面的满意度调查;探讨对公共开放空间进一步优化,创造出高品质的空间环境,满足使用者的需求。本文首先对高科技园、公共开放空间等概念进行解析。其次介绍使用后评价(POE)的相关概念和应用方法。然后介绍了深圳市高新园的发展历程和空间特征,通过先导性调研和参与性观察,对深圳市高新园公共开放空间现状进行初步调查分析,并了解使用人群行为特征。进而根据前期研究,借鉴国内外学者构建的公共开放空间评价体系,整理出评价因子筛选集,在筛选的过程中充分考虑高新园公共开放空间的规划目标和实际特点,通过专家打分法和层次分析法最终构建深圳市高新园公共开放空间评价体系,并设计相对应的调查问卷。调查问卷以使用者对公共开放空间的需求和感受为出发点,采用李克特量表法和层次分析法,考察使用者对公共开放空间各构成要素的满意度,物质层面包括绿地空间、广场空间、道路空间、配套设施四大要素;精神层面主要从场所精神入手得出相关的使用者的满意度。最后利用数据软件处理相关数据得出综合评价结果,总结其成功之处和存在的问题。根据上述满意度评价分析,针对存在的问题,提出优化目标和优化原则。借鉴国内外高科技园的成功经验,相应从绿地空间、广场空间、道路空间、配套设施、场所精神几个方面提出相对应的优化策略。通过研究本文希望以深圳市高新园为例,构建科学的高科技园公共开放空间使用后评价体系,了解使用者的真实感受和需求,通过数据分析总结高新园公共开放空间的成功之处和存在的问题,进而提出有针对性的优化策略,提升公共开放空间品质,体现人文关怀。这也有助于我们在高科技园的设计中更加注重使用者的感受,创造出高品质的公共开放空间,为以后高科技园中的公共开放空间设计和优化提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Good high tech park in public open space can ease the pressure on people to work, to promote the exchange of social interaction and knowledge, inspire innovative thinking. High tech park with intensive is relying on high-quality scientific and technological workers, more should pay attention to their feelings and needs. In this paper, using the high tech Park of Shenzhen city as an example, to construct a scientific post occupancy evaluation (POE) system comprehensive satisfaction survey of high tech park public open space; to explore the further optimization of the public open space, to create a high quality environment, meet the user's needs. Based on the concept of high-tech park, public open space is analyzed. Secondly, the use of evaluation (POE). The related concepts and application methods. Then introduces the characteristics and development space of high tech park in Shenzhen City, through pilot research and participatory observation, high-tech city of Shenzhen Preliminary investigation and analysis of status quo of public open space Park, and understand the behavior characteristics. Then based on the previous research, from the public open space evaluation system construction at home and abroad, sorting out the screening evaluation factor set, fully consider the planning objectives and the actual characteristics of high tech park public open space in the screening process, through expert scoring analysis method and analytic hierarchy process, finally construct the public open space of high tech park, Shenzhen City, the evaluation system, the corresponding questionnaire and questionnaire design. To users of public open space needs and feelings as the starting point, using Likert scale method and hierarchical analysis method, study users of all elements of the public open space satisfaction. Based on the analysis of satisfaction evaluation, aiming at the existing problems, put forward the optimization goals and optimization principles. Learn from the successful experience of domestic and foreign high-tech park, from the green space, square space, road space, supporting facilities, put forward the corresponding optimization strategy of place spirit aspects. Through the research of this paper hope to high tech park of Shenzhen city as an example, to build a scientific evaluation system of high tech park public open space after use, to understand the user's real feelings and needs, through data analysis, summarizes the achievement of high tech park public open space and the existing problems, and then put forward some optimization strategies, enhance the quality of open space, embodies the humanistic care. It also helps us in high tech Park The design pays more attention to users' feelings and creates high quality public open space, which provides a reference for the design and optimization of public open space in high-tech parks.
