【摘要】：作为建筑类型的一种,办公建筑不仅要具备通用的功能,同时还需要具备一些特定的功能。每种类型办公建筑会为其特定的使用者提供特定的功能空间,每一个项目,必须要诠释“效率”这一通用功能,另外对于不同的使用者来说,他们对自己的办公空间有不同的需求,还需要设计出满足他们需求的功能空间,对于一个企业的发展来说,如果办公建筑功能较为单一,也是难以满足它们的发展需求。办公楼的每种新形式总是伴随着企业特性,是一种独特的建筑表现形式而产生的。办公楼的创新取决于建筑师对当代经济发展适应性的探索。本论文结合实际工程设计项目和总结来展开,以西安沣东新城办公楼“创新大厦项目”建筑方案以及设计全过程的参与作为平台,论文的论述主线为方案的前期调研、初期思路、深入设计以及最终确立的全过程,另外在设计方案中,还对遇到的问题进行对比研究,并详细叙述了解决上述问题的过程,由此本文的主要框架也就构建了起来。本论文首先对国内外办公建筑的功能空间进行调研分析,得出此类建筑设计方法。再以西安沣东新城创新大厦项目的建设作为研究的背景,深入调查了这片区域的发展状况、基地状况以及所具有的商业价值,为设计项目的前期方案提供了依据;论文的主线为项目设计的实践,全面而又系统的整理了此次方案阶段的要点,并对不同阶段的设计要点进行思考和总结,对这一项目涉及到的典型问题进行了探究性的总结研究,创新点是对这一项目中的功能空间设计具备的适应性以及可变性的特点进行了详细的阐述,以适应不同规模、不同性质企业进驻的研究目标。
[Abstract]:As a type of building, office buildings need not only common functions, but also specific functions. Each type of office building will provide a specific functional space for its specific users, every project, We must interpret the "efficiency" as a common function, in addition, for different users, they have different needs for their own office space, but also need to design a functional space to meet their needs, for the development of an enterprise, If office buildings have a single function, it is difficult to meet their development needs. Every new form of office building is always accompanied by enterprise characteristics. The innovation of office building depends on the architect's exploration of the adaptability of contemporary economic development. On the platform of the "innovative Building Project" of Xi'an Fengdong New Town office building and the participation of the whole design process, the main line of the thesis is the preliminary investigation, the initial thought, the deep design and the final establishment of the whole process. In addition, in the design scheme, the problems encountered are compared and studied, and the process of solving the above problems is described in detail. Therefore, the main frame of this paper is also constructed. Firstly, this paper investigates and analyzes the functional space of office buildings at home and abroad. This kind of architectural design method is obtained. Then taking the construction of Xi'an Fengdong New Town Innovation Building Project as the background of the research, the development situation, base condition and commercial value of this area are investigated in depth. The main line of the thesis is the practice of the project design, the main line of the thesis is the practice of the project design, the main points of the project stage are sorted out in a comprehensive and systematic way, and the design essentials of the different stages are considered and summarized. The typical problems involved in this project are summarized and studied inquiring.
