具有城市文化特色的茶馆设计研究

【摘要】：现代城市发展迅速,人们日益增长的物质文化需求与城市基础建设缓慢有很大冲突。济南这座历史文化名城,同国内许多年代久远的城市一样,正面临着一个空间改造的难题。济南老城区改造方式是将居住区改造为城市的旅游休闲区。其中茶馆项目是城市文化特色与茶文化的承载空间,是老城区改造的重要空间需求之一。本文研究了茶馆空间设计语言的特点。寻找国内与济南城市文化特色有共同点的成功案例,如:人文特色同样“慢”生活的成都“鹤鸣茶馆”;内陆湖与佛教文化盛行的杭州“湖畔居”;城市形式相似,政治文化中心的北京“老舍茶馆”与济南现有的茶馆进行对比。通过对比,体现出济南现有茶馆关于城市文化特色表现的很多不足之处,设计手法多为对其他城市茶馆的仿制,生搬硬套。没有济南茶馆应该展现的历史文化特色、人文特色、自然环境特色。全国唯一的泉城、憨直的人文特色等特点没有成功的融入到设计语言中。济南景区周边茶摊的消费已接近中高端茶馆消费标准,却只能提供一壶茶和几把座椅的服务,无法满足人们品茶、休憩的体验需求。因此,具有城市文化特色的现代化自然文化型茶馆呼之欲出。“文化+”是城市经济增长新形式,给环境艺术设计提出了文化高度的需求。茶馆设计不但需要主题明确、满足功能需求、美观且充满文化气息,更需要能够提炼出带有文化特色,展现城市神韵的设计语言。此种茶馆设计的方法可以形成模式推广至其他城市的茶馆设计,形成“文化+”的环境艺术设计方法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern cities, people's increasing material and cultural needs are in great conflict with the slow construction of urban infrastructure. Jinan, a famous historical and cultural city, is like many old cities in the country. The old urban area of Jinan is transformed into a tourist and leisure area of the city. Among them, the teahouse project is the bearing space of the city's cultural characteristics and tea culture. It is one of the important space needs of the old urban reconstruction. This paper studies the characteristics of the teahouse space design language. Such as: the "Homing Teahouse" in Chengdu, which has the same "slow" living characteristics, and the "lakeside residence" in Hangzhou, where the inland lake and Buddhist culture prevail; the city forms are similar. The Beijing "Lao She teahouse" in the political and cultural center is compared with the existing teahouse in Jinan. The comparison shows that there are many inadequacies of Jinan's existing teahouses on the expression of urban cultural characteristics. Most of the design techniques are imitation of other urban teahouses. No historical and cultural features, humanistic features, natural environment features that should be displayed by Jinan teahouse. The only spring city in the country, The features of Han straight humanistic features have not been successfully integrated into the design language. The consumption of the tea stands around Jinan scenic spot is close to the consumption standard of the middle and high-end teahouse, but it can only provide a pot of tea and a few seats, which cannot satisfy people's taste of tea. Therefore, modern natural cultural teahouses with urban cultural characteristics are ready to emerge. "Culture" is a new form of urban economic growth. The design of teahouse not only needs a clear theme, meets the needs of function, but also needs to be able to extract cultural characteristics. The method of teahouse design can be extended to the teahouse design of other cities and form the environmental art design method of "culture".
