合肥“绿地”居住区景观人性标准化设计研究

【摘要】：网络时代的现今,工作、社交、生活的居住环境成为了大部分城市人的主要生活空间。居住区环境与城市居民的关系已然息息相关,密不可分。居住区环境的景观设计优劣直接影响着人们的物质与精神生活,“以人为本”的“人性化”景观设计对于居住者至关重要。另一方面在居住区产业化发展的背景下,居住区景观标准化历程景观生产由手工业向工业化生产的关键点。居住区景观标准化的研发成果在实际项目中运用,不仅为企业节省了开发时间和成本,同时还减少了社会的物质与人力资源的浪费,优化了社会经济资源的整合,为生态发展与可持续化发展做出贡献。因此本文的主旨在于研究基于标准化体系下的人性化景观设计,并将其运用于项目实践中。论文主要分为五个部分,第一部分以文献综述,理论研究为基础点,探索研究居住区景观如何进行人性化设计。第二部分深入综述分析心理学、人体工程学、环境行为学等相关理论,探讨前人对于“人性化”概念下的标准化设计,阐述其成果在居住区景观设计上的运用和表达。第三部分结合绿地集团房地产公司开发落成的居住小区:“绿地乔治庄园”、“绿地滨水花都”两个项目的景观设计为实例进行案例分析,阐述了绿地集团如何研究实施了人性化居住区景观设计。提炼了绿地“理想家”居住区景观设计人性标准化体系,本体系共包含场地人性化、空间规划人性化、公共空间设计人性化、附属设施人性化、环境友好人性化、智能人性化六个景观设计标准化模块。核心景观价值观在于打造可感知舒适,可互动环境,可体验智能,可参与延续的人性化居住区公共空间。第四部分重点解析“绿地”标准化景观体系,运用于合肥“绿地御徽”项目的具体实施方法。提炼全文主题,突出居住区人性化景观的重要性,肯定了景观设计人性标准化的价值。第五部分总结全文,阐明观点。本文通过作者的多年实践经验,结合前人们留下的宝贵知识,对于现代城市人的居住区景观环境做出思考,也希望对于以后的居住区环境景观设计,提供一些可参考、可实践、有意义、有价值的内容。
[Abstract]:In the internet age, the living environment of working, socializing and living has become the main living space of most urban people.The relationship between residential environment and urban residents is closely related and inseparable.The landscape design of residential area directly affects people's material and spiritual life. The "humanized" landscape design of "people-oriented" is of great importance to the residents.On the other hand, under the background of the development of residential area industrialization, the process of landscape standardization of residential area is the key point of landscape production from handicraft industry to industrial production.The application of the research and development results of residential landscape standardization in actual projects not only saves the development time and cost for enterprises, but also reduces the waste of social material and human resources, and optimizes the integration of social and economic resources.To contribute to ecological development and sustainable development.Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to study the humanized landscape design based on the standardization system and apply it to the project practice.The paper is divided into five parts. The first part is based on literature review and theoretical research to explore how to carry out humanized design of residential landscape.The second part summarizes the related theories of psychology, ergonomics and environmental behavior, discusses the standardized design under the concept of "humanization", and expounds the application and expression of the achievements in the landscape design of residential areas.The third part combined with the green land group real estate company completed residential district: "Green George Manor", "Green Waterfront City" landscape design as an example for the case study,This paper expounds how to study and implement the landscape design of humanized residential area by Green Space Group.Intelligent humanization six landscape design standardization modules.The core landscape values lie in creating the humanized residential public space which can feel comfortable, interactive, experience intelligence and participate in the continuation.The fourth part focuses on the analysis of the "Green Space" standardized landscape system, applied to Hefei "Green Royal Emblem" project implementation method.Abstract the full text theme, highlight the importance of humanized landscape of residential area, affirm the value of human nature standardization of landscape design.The fifth part summarizes the full text, clarifies the viewpoint.Through the author's many years of practical experience, combined with the valuable knowledge left by the previous people, this paper makes some reflections on the landscape environment of modern urban people's residential area, and hopes to provide some reference and practice for the future landscape design of residential area environment.Meaningful, valuable content.
