北方城市居住区私家庭院景观设计研究

【摘要】：现代社会飞速发展,经济水平不断提高,人们对高品位的生活的追求日益增强,对居住环境的要求也越来越高。这时私家庭院景观,作为一种新的建筑类型,应运而生了。庭院是人们的室外活动空间,是室内起居生活空间的延续。人们除了在室内进行必需的日常活动外,还需要到室外享受阳光的照射、欣赏花草树木的美姿和进行休闲娱乐活动。私家庭院就扩充了人们的生活空间,特别是给紧张工作的人们视、听、嗅等感官上的享受,让人们更加亲近自然,享受自然。私家庭院景观设计是近几年来蓬勃发展且日趋成熟的新兴产业,它利用各种现代造园手法和造景技术,使我国私家庭院景观的营造更加规范。本文所研究的北方城市居住区私家庭院主要包括低层附带小庭院、私家别墅庭院、多高层住户顶花园以及阳台、露台。在进行庭院景观设计时应结合不同类型的庭院的特点,运用现代设计手法和精良的施工工艺,打造个性、时尚、高品质的生态庭院。然而,许多人有这样的意识却缺少相关经验,本文就是以北方城市居住区为例全面介绍现代私家庭院景观从设计、施工到后期管理的全过程,希望能给人们营造属于自己的个性私家庭院提供一些有价值的资料。在充分研究国内外经典案例的基础上,解析国内相关文献综述的前提下,对课题的研究意义、研究的目的、研究的内容、研究方法以及整篇论文的结构框架进行了详细的梳理和总结;重点研究私家庭院景观设计原则、设计方法、空间布局、植物配置等;深入总结了低层附带小庭院、私家别墅庭院、多高层住户屋顶花园、阳台、露台的空间结构布局方法、景观设计方法、施工流程以及后期管理方法,并使用了一些新型新材料。最后以玛莎施瓦茨的“面包圈花园”和朱育帆的北京四合院改造为例分析了它们的概况,归纳了现代私家庭院景观设计的特点,以及运用的新型材料和现代设计手法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern society and the improvement of economic level, people's pursuit of high-grade life is increasing, and the requirement of living environment is becoming higher and higher.At this time the private courtyard landscape, as a new type of building, came into being.Courtyard is people's outdoor activity space, is the continuation of indoor living space.In addition to indoor daily activities, people also need to go outside to enjoy the sun, enjoy the beauty of flowers and trees and leisure activities.Private courtyard expands people's living space, especially for people who work hard to see, hear, sniff and other sensory enjoyment, so that people are closer to nature and enjoy nature.Private courtyard landscape design is a booming and increasingly mature emerging industry in recent years. It makes use of various modern gardening techniques and landscape technology to make the construction of private courtyard landscape more standardized.In this paper, the private courtyard of the northern urban residential area mainly includes a small courtyard with a lower floor, a private villa courtyard, a multi-storey household roof garden, a balcony, a terrace.In the design of courtyard landscape, the characteristics of different types of courtyard should be combined, and modern design techniques and excellent construction techniques should be used to create an ecological courtyard with personality, fashion and high quality.However, many people have such awareness but lack of relevant experience. This paper takes the northern urban residential area as an example to introduce the whole process of modern private courtyard landscape from design, construction to late management.I hope to provide some valuable information for people to build their own private courtyard.On the basis of studying the domestic and foreign classic cases and analyzing the domestic literature review, the significance, purpose and content of the research are discussed.The research methods and the structure of the whole paper are summarized in detail; the private courtyard landscape design principles, design methods, space layout, plant configuration, etc.The space structure layout method, landscape design method, construction process and later management method of private villa courtyard, roof garden, balcony and terrace of multi-storey residents are used, and some new materials are used.Finally, taking Marsha Schwartz's bagel garden and Zhu Yufan's transformation of Beijing quadrangle as examples, the general situation of them is analyzed, and the characteristics of modern private courtyard landscape design are summarized, as well as the new materials and modern design techniques used.
