老年公寓景观优化设计研究

【摘要】：进入新世纪,我国经济高速增长,人口结构发生了变化,老龄人在人口中所占的比重越来越大,与之相应的老年公寓的建设也加速发展,成为当代住宅设计中备受重视的一部分。诚然,人口老龄化带动了老年公寓的发展,但同时,在老年公寓的设计发展中也存在不少问题。在老年公寓的建设中,多注重建筑实体、内部空间、无障碍等设计,而忽略了外部景观空间的设计,使老年人的社会参与性受到很大限制。本文按照以人为本的原则,结合环境心理学、景观规划设计等理论,通过分析老年人生理、心理及行为特征与需求,为老年公寓景观设计奠定理论基础。在此基础上,通过对杭州地区有代表性的老年公寓户外景观的实地调查、访问交流等,对功能分区等四个方面进行优劣对比分析,总结出老年公寓景观环境有待改善之处。立足于老年人的安全性、舒适性、便捷性、生态可持续性及人文关怀等方面,提出景观优化设计的目标、原则,进一步归纳出符合老年人需求的优化设计策略,以期对老年公寓户外休闲空间的环境优化提供研究思路和参考。最后,以杭州市山缘老人公寓景观改造项目为实例,根据优化设计策略进行应用设计实践,进一步深化对老年公寓景观优化设计理论研究的理解和应用。
[Abstract]:In the new century, with the rapid economic growth of our country, the population structure has changed, the proportion of the elderly people in the population has become larger and larger, and the construction of the apartment for the elderly has also accelerated development.It has become a part of contemporary housing design.It is true that the aging of the population drives the development of the apartment for the aged, but at the same time, there are many problems in the design and development of the apartment for the aged.In the construction of apartment for the aged, more attention is paid to the design of building entity, interior space, barrier-free and so on, but the design of external landscape space is neglected, which limits the social participation of the elderly.According to the principle of people-oriented, combined with the theories of environmental psychology, landscape planning and design, this paper analyzes the physiological, psychological and behavioral characteristics and needs of the elderly, and lays a theoretical foundation for the landscape design of the elderly apartment.On this basis, through the field investigation of the outdoor landscape of the representative elderly apartment in Hangzhou area, visiting and exchanging, and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the four aspects, the paper summarizes the landscape environment of the elderly apartment which needs to be improved.Based on the safety, comfort, convenience, ecological sustainability and humanistic care of the elderly, this paper puts forward the objectives and principles of landscape optimization design, and further summarizes the optimal design strategies that meet the needs of the elderly.With a view to the elderly apartment outdoor leisure space environment optimization to provide ideas and references.Finally, taking the landscape reconstruction project of the elderly apartment in the mountain margin of Hangzhou as an example, the author carries on the application design practice according to the optimization design strategy, further deepens the understanding and the application of the theory research on the landscape optimization design of the old apartment.
