基于景观质量评价的小型公共绿地感知恢复研究

【摘要】:生活节奏的加快、竞争压力的增加使城市居民的精神负荷过重,这种长期处于超重状态的精神压力严重威胁到人们的身心健康。Kaplan提出的注意力恢复理论(Attention Restoration Theory,ART)指出,当人因过度注意力产生疲劳时,可由迷人的环境提供最佳的休息,这种环境具备迷人性、逃离性、延展性和兼容性四个特性。本研究根据景观质量评价对小型公共绿地的感知恢复度进行评估,了解小型绿地空间中不同的景观评价要素对感知恢复度的影响。本研究以哈尔滨市一处小型公共绿地为研究对象,利用虚拟现实软件变化场地内的植被、气候、设施和管理等景观质量评价要素,构建出不同的场景。共制作包括现状场景在内的9个动画,作为研究景观质量与感知恢复度之间关系的媒介。然后将场景动画以视频播放的形式在虚拟实验室和网络上同时推行问卷调查,并运用统计分析软件SPSS19.0对结果进行整理与分析,从而得出景观质量评价要素对感知恢复的影响以及感知恢复与景观偏好之间的关系。分析结果显示,景观质量评价要素不同,感知恢复程度也会有所不同。四种评价要素中,对感知恢复影响最大的是植物要素,其次是设施要素,然后是气候要素,管理要素的影响最小。相关性研究显示,感知恢复特性之间以及感知恢复和景观偏好之间存在显著地正相关,但进一步用逐步回归分析,并没有发现其存在线性相关关系。此外,不同的景观评价要素对感知恢复特性的影响也是不同的,植物要素对迷人性和逃离性产生的影响较大,气候要素对逃离性的影响最为显著,设施要素对兼容性和逃离性的影响较大。利用主成分分析法分析后将四种元素最终归到自然特征和环境设施两个维度之中,两个维度中,起主要作用的是自然特征维度。经过上述量化研究,可以证实本文提出的三个研究假设都成立。希望相关分析结果可以为日后小型公共绿地的感知恢复提供参考依据,从而进一步探讨景观质量与感知恢复之间的关系。

According to the study of landscape quality evaluation of the small public green space to assess the degree of perceived recovery, to understand the different landscape elements of evaluation small green space recovery effect on perception. This study takes Harbin city a small public green space the object of study, using virtual reality software in the field of vegetation, climate change, facilities and management of landscape quality evaluation factors, construct different scenarios. A total of 9 animation scenes, including the current situation of the research on landscape quality and perception of the relationship between the degree of recovery as a medium. Then the scene animation in the form of video playback in the virtual laboratory and the network at the same time the implementation of the questionnaire, and using statistical analysis software SPSS19.0 on the collation and analysis, to draw the relationship between the elements of landscape evaluation the quality of recovery effects on perceived recovery and perception and landscape preference. The analysis results showed that the landscape quality evaluation factors, perceived degree of recovery will be different. Four kinds of evaluation factors, the greatest impact is the recovery of plant elements of perception, followed by infrastructure elements, then the climatic factors, management factors of the minimum. Correlation studies show that perception and perception between the recovery characteristics there are significant positive correlation between restoration and landscape preference, but by a further step by step back Regression analysis, and did not find the linear relationship exists. In addition, the effects of landscape evaluation factors of different recovery characteristics of perception is different, the plant elements have great effect on the charming and escape, escape from the effects of climate factors on the most significant factors on the compatibility and escape of facilities affected. After the analysis of four kinds of elements to the final two dimensions of the natural environment and the characteristics of facility using the principal components of the two dimensions, played a major role in the natural feature dimension. Through the quantitative research, can confirm the three research hypothesis are established. The results of correlation analysis can hope to future small public green perception recovery to provide reference, in order to further explore the relationship between landscape quality and perceived recovery.
