中韩朝鲜族民俗食品包装设计异同比较研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济的飞速发展,人们逐渐进入了商品经济时代。自主化的消费模式使同一种类型的产品竞争激烈。如今,人们对民俗食品产业的发展越来越重视,而民俗食品包装设计不仅可以对民俗食品进行包装销售达到提高经济效益的目的,更可以作为一项弘扬民族文化精神和展现民俗特色的途径。同时,包装设计不但能提升民俗食品的文化内涵与审美价值,也可以推动民俗产品产业化的经营和发展,有利于民俗文化的保护与传承。中国朝鲜族民俗食品的加工生产企业中,规模比较大并且较有影响力的大多是韩国人在中国创办的独资企业或者是引进韩国配方的中韩合资企业。大多数民俗食品都带有“韩式”的标签,而不是真正具有中国朝鲜族特色的民俗食品。真正的中国朝鲜族民俗食品生产加工企业,大多是朝鲜族地区的民营企业或者个人小作坊形式的加工生产模式,普遍生产规模较小,包装档次不高。这也使食品在味道上较为民俗,而外观包装形象上更为通俗。为人所熟知的韩国民俗食品品牌,几乎都是国际型大企业生产。无论是食品质量,还是包装设计的理念都具有一定的专业性和前瞻性。在包装设计方面,韩国具有很多值得中国学习的地方。但是,中国朝鲜族民俗食品产业本身也具备着很多优势。所以,中国朝鲜族民俗食品包装设计不能一直沉浸在模仿的状态中,可以充分利用中国和朝鲜族的传统文化元素,设计出更加符合中国特色的朝鲜族民俗食品包装。本文从朝鲜族民俗食品、包装设计和中韩朝鲜族民俗食品的不同发展背景及特点等多方面进行分析总结,并对中韩朝鲜族民俗食品的包装设计进行了实际作品案例的比较研究,分析了中韩朝鲜族民俗食品包装设计在色彩、图形和文字等方面存在异同,总结其优点与缺点。最终目的是整合现今朝鲜族民俗食品包装设计的特点,探索出具有延边朝鲜族特色的民俗食品包装设计。进而对中国朝鲜族民俗食品包装设计的可持续发展给予笔者认为合理的建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, people have gradually entered the age of commodity economy. The independent consumption pattern makes the competition of the same type of products fierce. Nowadays, people pay more and more attention to the development of folk food industry. It can also be used as a way to carry forward the spirit of national culture and to show the characteristics of folklore. At the same time, packaging design can not only promote the cultural connotation and aesthetic value of folk food, but also promote the management and development of folk products industrialization, which is conducive to the protection and inheritance of folk culture. Chinese Korean folk food processing and production enterprises, the scale is relatively large and more influential is the Korean sole proprietorship enterprises in China or the introduction of Korean formula of Sino-Korean joint ventures. Most folk foods carry a Korean label, rather than Chinese Korean folk food. The real Korean folk food production and processing enterprises in China are mostly private enterprises or individual small workshops in the Korean nationality area. The scale of production is relatively small and the packaging level is not high. This also makes the food in taste more folk, and the appearance of packaging image is more popular. Familiar Korean folklore food brands, almost all large international enterprises production. Both food quality, or packaging design concept has a certain degree of professionalism and foresight. In packaging design, South Korea has a lot to learn from China. However, Chinese Korean folk food industry itself also has a lot of advantages. Therefore, Chinese Korean folk food packaging design can not always immerse in the state of imitation, can make full use of Chinese and Korean traditional cultural elements, and design more Chinese characteristics of Korean folk food packaging. This paper analyzes and summarizes Korean folklore food, packaging design and the different development background and characteristics of Korean folk food, and makes a comparative study on practical cases of packaging design of Korean folk food in China and Korea. This paper analyzes the similarities and differences of Korean folk food packaging design in color, graphics and characters, and summarizes its advantages and disadvantages. The ultimate purpose is to integrate the characteristics of the packaging design of Korean folk food and explore the folk food packaging design with Yanbian Korean characteristics. Furthermore, the author gives some reasonable suggestions on the sustainable development of the packaging design of Korean folk food in China.
