【摘要】：长期以来,“三农”问题一直是阻碍我国社会发展的瓶颈问题,虽政府已采取多项重大战略举措,使农村建设发展有大幅度提高,然而,大部分农村因缺乏科学合理的规划,出现生态环境恶化、基础设施落后、土地资源浪费等现象。这在很大程度上影响到农村生产条件和农村经济增长,也大大阻碍了新农村建设的脚步,因此科学的对新农村景观进行优化设计显得尤为重要。本文参考大量国内外景观设计理论研究及优秀案例,在理解农村社区与农村景观概念的基础上,以云田社区的景观现状分析为基础,从地域特色和生态低碳技术出发,提出相应的景观优化设计措施。论文主要研究内容如下:(1)对株洲市云田社区的自然景观、聚落景观、文化景观、经济景观、水域景观、道路景观、庭院景观进行实地调研,评析其现状情况,并分析社区景观目前存在的问题,为接下来的景观优化设计提供立足点。(2)针对调查结果提出云田社区景观优化的原则,并以”反规划”理论为基础,提出社区景观优化的方法,指出设计应从延续地域特色文化和保护自然生态环境入手。(3)基于之前的现状评析,针对云田社区景观的不足,对云田社区的建筑景观、庭院景观、水域景观、道路景观四个方面进行专项优化设计,在实际案例的研究中得出农村社区景观优化的通用方法,为全国现阶段多数农村社区景观优提供理论参考和现实借鉴。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" has been the bottleneck problem that hinders the social development of our country. Although the government has taken many important strategic measures to improve the development of rural construction by a large margin, however, most of the rural areas lack scientific and reasonable planning. There are deterioration of ecological environment, backward infrastructure, waste of land resources and so on. This to a large extent affects the rural production conditions and rural economic growth, but also greatly hindered the pace of new rural construction, so the scientific design of the new rural landscape is particularly important. Referring to a large number of domestic and international landscape design theories and excellent cases, based on the understanding of the concept of rural community and rural landscape, based on the analysis of the landscape situation in Yuntian community, this paper starts from the regional characteristics and ecological low-carbon technology. The corresponding measures of landscape optimization design are put forward. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the natural landscape, settlement landscape, cultural landscape, economic landscape, water landscape, road landscape and courtyard landscape of Yuntian community in Zhuzhou City are investigated and analyzed. It also analyzes the existing problems of community landscape, provides a foothold for the following landscape optimization design, and puts forward the principles of community landscape optimization in view of the investigation results, and puts forward the method of community landscape optimization based on the theory of "anti-planning". It is pointed out that the design should start with the continuation of regional characteristic culture and the protection of natural ecological environment. Based on the analysis of the present situation, the architectural landscape, courtyard landscape and water area landscape of Yuntian community should be considered in view of the deficiency of Yuntian community landscape. Four aspects of road landscape special optimization design, in the actual case study of the rural community landscape optimization of the general method, for the majority of the current stage of the country rural community landscape optimization theory and practical reference.
