【摘要】：传统村落是我国历史文化遗产中不可缺少的一部分,伴随社会的不断发展,国民生活水准的不断提升,我国的传统村落与村落的固有文化受到了剧烈的冲击,传统村落的保护与发展急需关注。村落保护与发展的主要内容是如何协调村落物质与非物质文化遗产的保护同村落发展面临的冲突,在保护的基础上为村落寻求发展空间。吕家河村既有悠久的建村历史,浓厚的道教文化底蕴,又有红三军开辟鄂西北根据地的红色光辉历史,更是汉族民歌的传承摇篮。吕家河村于2013年入选中国传统村落名录。本文在充分研究了传统村落的内涵以及村落保护与发展的关系和内容,经过实地调研,对吕家河村的村落特点及特色价值的分析研究基础上,提出适宜吕家河村保护与发展的规划策略,希望为吕家河村的保护与发展提供实践基础,同时为荆楚地区的传统山地聚落的保护与发展提供借鉴。全文第一部分绪论提出课题研究的背景、目的、意义等,并对传统村落保护与发展的国内外现状进行研究。第二部分主要介绍了传统村落的保护与发展的理论部分,为吕家河村的保护与发展提供理论支持。第三部分主要是吕家河村保护与发展规划研究的前期调研。通过案例分析,提出适宜吕家河村保护与发展规划的原则、方法、理念,发展模式。通过分析吕家河村的村落特征与价值特色,为保护发展规划提供有力基础。第四部分论述吕家河村以整体的、协调的、参与式保护以及保护优先、适度开发的可持续发展的理念作为指导,因地制宜的提出村落的保护与发展的方案与措施,对吕家河村的发展策略进行研究分析,对村落的产业发展进行规划和研究;第五部分以吕家河村落的传统建筑保护与更新及村落村居环境的改善为主要内容进行研究;第六部分为结论,对吕家河村保护与发展的规划成果进行总结,对传统村落保护与发展的结合与平衡进行思考,对文章的不足之处进行总结。本文的创新点集中在对吕家河村这一类传统村落的保护方式分析与发展模式总结,在村落保护方面,提出“村民参与式”保护理念,在村落发展方面,针对吕家河村的现状问题,“因地制宜”地提出政府主导,村民参与,企业支持,社会推广的保护与发展相协调模式,以保护为前提,确保吕家河村的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:Traditional villages are an indispensable part of our country's historical and cultural heritage. With the continuous development of the society and the continuous improvement of the standard of living of the people, the traditional villages and the inherent culture of the villages in our country have been severely impacted. The protection and development of traditional villages are in urgent need of attention. The main content of village protection and development is how to coordinate the conflict between the protection of the village material and intangible cultural heritage and the development of the village, and seek the development space for the village on the basis of protection. Lujiahe Village has a long history of building a village, a strong Taoist culture, and a brilliant red history of the Red three Army opening up the base area of Northwest Hubei, which is also the cradle of Han folk songs. Lujiahe Village was selected into the list of Chinese traditional villages in 2013. In this paper, the connotation of the traditional village, the relationship and content of village protection and development, and the characteristics and characteristics of Lujiahe village are analyzed and studied through the field investigation and research on the basis of the research on the connotation of the traditional village and the relationship and content between the protection and development of the village. The planning strategy suitable for the protection and development of Lujiahe village is put forward in this paper. It is hoped that it will provide a practical basis for the protection and development of Lujiahe village and provide reference for the protection and development of the traditional mountain settlement in Jingchu area. In the first part of the thesis, the background, purpose and significance of the research are put forward, and the present situation of the protection and development of traditional villages at home and abroad is studied. The second part mainly introduces the theory of protection and development of traditional villages, which provides theoretical support for the protection and development of Lujiahe village. The third part is the preliminary research on the protection and development planning of Lujiahe Village. Through case analysis, this paper puts forward the principles, methods, concepts and development models for the protection and development planning of Lujiahe Village. By analyzing the village characteristics and value characteristics of Lujiahe Village, this paper provides a strong foundation for protection and development planning. The fourth part discusses the whole, coordinated, participatory protection and the concept of sustainable development, which gives priority to protection and moderate development, and puts forward the plan and measures of village protection and development according to local conditions. The fifth part focuses on the protection and renewal of the traditional architecture of Lujiahe village and the improvement of the village environment. The sixth part is the conclusion, summarizes the planning results of the protection and development of Lujiahe village, considers the combination and balance of the protection and development of the traditional villages, and summarizes the shortcomings of the article. The innovation of this paper is focused on the analysis of the protection mode and the summary of the development mode of the traditional village of Lujiahe village. In the aspect of village protection, the concept of "villagers participating" protection is put forward, and the village development. In view of the present situation of Lujiahe village, the coordinated mode of government leading, villager participation, enterprise support and social promotion should be put forward to ensure the sustainable development of Lujiahe village on the premise of protection.
