济南市玉符河城市生态隔离区绿化体系构建研究

【摘要】:我国正处在城市化进程的加速阶段,城市规模迅速扩大,人口急剧增长;城市周边耕地流失严重,破坏农村正常社会结构,损害乡村发展;城市生态环境持续恶化,自然基底不断萎缩。种种“城市病”愈演愈烈,已严重威胁到城市的生存和发展。传统绿化隔离带单纯隔离保护的方式已无法满足城市发展的多种需求,不断遭到建设用地蚕食肢解,“破窗效益”日益明显:而“城市生态隔离区绿化体系”作为控制城市空间格局,改善城市生态环境,提供郊野娱乐空间,传承地方文脉,统筹区域协调发展以及构建城市生态景观格局的重要空间结构,正受到越来越多的关注。通过采取差异化的空间策略,以生态适宜性分析为支撑,结合现有生态资源,在适宜区域引入生态产业,在改善隔离区环境质量的同时提升农民收入,让他们成为维护生态隔离区绿化体系的主要力量。通过这种方式能够真正让生态隔离区绿化体系落到实处,并得到有效保护,从而实现生态隔离区自然、社会、经济的可持续发展。本文首先对国内外生态隔离区绿化体系构建理论与实践进行了分析研究,据此归纳总结出生态隔离区绿化体系构建时应予以格外关注的8个要点。通过SWOT分析明确玉符河自身的优势与不足,以及机遇与挑战。此后,作者通过德尔菲法选取了坡度、坡向、水域缓冲区、植被类型、干扰强度及交通设施缓冲区6个主要的生态影响因子,并对其进行评价分级,在此基础上逐一对各个因子进行单因子适宜性分析,得到每个因子的适宜性区划图。然后构造判断矩阵,利用层次分析法确定了6个因子的权重。此后,再利用GIS技术进行生态适宜性综合评价,通过空间加权叠加运算及重分类,划定出禁止建设区、严格限建区、一般限建区以及适宜建设区,得到玉符河生态隔离区绿化体系的综合生态适宜性区划图。以该区划图为基础,作者运用“斑块-廊道-基质”模型构建了分层级的景观生态格局,旨在保证各项生态过程的完整高效。通过绿化体系将生态隔离区内的建设用地规模控制在总用地的15%以内,保证隔离区的生态属性和绿色属性,避免人类活动对生态核心区的干扰。最后,在文献资料查阅及实地调研的基础上,结合生态适宜性分析成果及总体规划、水生态文明建设规划、绿地系统规划等上位规划要求,针对玉符河生态隔离区功能定位及当前存在的问题,深入挖掘地方精神、乡土景观,分区段提出玉符河生态隔离区绿化体系的景观风貌规划及建议。并在适宜地区引入相应的活动及产业类型,以促进生态隔离区生态、景观、文化、休闲及经济功能的和谐共生。
[Abstract]:Our country is in the acceleration stage of urbanization, the city scale expands rapidly, the population increases rapidly, the cultivated land around the city loses seriously, destroys the normal social structure of the countryside, damages the rural development, the urban ecological environment continues to deteriorate, The natural base shrinks. Various "urban diseases" become more and more serious, which have seriously threatened the survival and development of cities. The traditional way of isolation and protection in the green isolation belt has been unable to meet the various needs of urban development, and has been continuously eroded and dismembered by construction land. The benefit of breaking windows is becoming more and more obvious: the greening system of urban ecological isolation area is used to control the urban spatial pattern, to improve the urban ecological environment, to provide recreational space for the countryside, and to pass on the local context. More and more attention is being paid to coordinating the regional development and constructing the important spatial structure of urban ecological landscape pattern. Through adopting the spatial strategy of differentiation, taking the ecological suitability analysis as the support, combining the existing ecological resources, introducing ecological industry in the suitable area, improving the environmental quality of the isolated area and raising the farmers' income, Let them become the main force to maintain the green system of the ecological separation area. Through this way, the greening system of the ecological separation area can be implemented and effectively protected, thus realizing the sustainable development of nature, society and economy in the ecological separation area. In this paper, firstly, the theory and practice of the construction of greening system in the ecological isolation area at home and abroad are analyzed and studied, and the eight key points which should be paid special attention to when constructing the greening system in the ecological separation area are summarized. Through SWOT analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of Yufu River, as well as opportunities and challenges are identified. After that, the author selected six main ecological influence factors by Delphi method, such as slope, slope direction, water buffer, vegetation type, interference intensity and traffic facility buffer zone, and evaluated the ecological influence factors of slope, slope direction, water buffer area, vegetation type, traffic facility buffer zone and so on. On this basis, the suitability of each factor is analyzed one by one, and the suitability zoning diagram of each factor is obtained. Then the judgment matrix is constructed, and the weight of the six factors is determined by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). After that, the comprehensive evaluation of ecological suitability is carried out by using GIS technology, and through space weighted superposition operation and re-classification, the forbidden construction area, strictly limited construction area, general restricted construction area and suitable construction area are determined. The comprehensive ecological suitability zoning map of the greening system in the ecological separation area of Yufu River was obtained. Based on the zoning map, the author constructed a hierarchical landscape ecological pattern by using the "patch, corridor and matrix" model in order to ensure the integrity and efficiency of each ecological process. The scale of the construction land in the ecological separation area is controlled within 15% of the total land through the greening system to ensure the ecological attribute and the green attribute of the separation area and to avoid the interference of human activities to the ecological core area. Finally, on the basis of literature review and field investigation, combined with ecological suitability analysis results and overall planning, water ecological civilization construction planning, green space system planning and other upper planning requirements, In view of the function orientation of Yufu River ecological separation area and the existing problems, this paper deeply excavates the local spirit, the local landscape, and puts forward the landscape planning and suggestions for the greening system of the Yufu River ecological separation area. In order to promote the harmonious symbiosis of ecological landscape culture leisure and economic function the corresponding activities and industrial types are introduced in the suitable areas.
