河南焦作寨卜昌古村落人居环境保护与更新研究

【摘要】：寨卜昌古村落位于太行山前冲积平原上,有着鲜明的地方特色和深厚的历史文化积淀,它既拥有人与自然和谐相处的自然环境,还具有极高的历史、文化和艺术价值,是豫北地区最具代表性的文化遗存。为深入了解寨卜昌村的人居环境,作者采用文献资料收集、实地调研和理论分析相结合的研究方法,首先对村落的地理位置及气候特征、历史渊源及沿革、人文环境等背景要素进行分析,认为自然崇拜、祖先崇拜和泛神崇拜是其主要精神信仰,耕、读、仕、商是其主流乡土文化,还有赶庙会、吃油茶等具有当地特色的生活习俗。进而深入分析整个古村人居环境聚落的特征,认为“依山面水”的地理格局、“龟形意匠”的平面形态、“王氏主导”的结构布局、“三纵五横”的街道分布构成了寨卜昌的聚落空间格局,还详细分析了独具特色的民居建筑形态,最后分析了古村落的重点民居建筑、重点公共建筑及景观遗存。通过对寨卜昌古村落的现存问题和保护内容进行分析,提出对该聚落保护与更新的建议,规划设计出寨卜昌古村落发展与再生的方案,为我国豫北地区的人居环境研究提供一个详实的案例,对村落未来的建设及当代聚落规划提供一定的参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:The ancient village of Zhai Buchang is located on the alluvial plain in front of Taihang Mountain. It has distinct local characteristics and profound historical and cultural accumulation. It has not only the natural environment in which man and nature live in harmony, but also the extremely high historical, cultural and artistic values. North Henan is the most representative of cultural relics. In order to understand the living environment of Zhai Buchang Village, the author adopts the methods of literature collection, field investigation and theoretical analysis. Firstly, the author analyzes the geographical location and climatic characteristics, historical origin and evolution of the village. By analyzing the background elements such as humanistic environment, it is considered that natural worship, ancestor worship and pantheism worship are its main spiritual beliefs, plowing, reading, official, and Shang are its mainstream local culture, as well as the living customs with local characteristics, such as temple fairs, oil tea and so on. Then the characteristics of settlement in the whole ancient village are deeply analyzed, and the geographical pattern of "according to the mountain surface and water", the plane form of "tortoise craftsman" and the structural layout of "Wang's leading" are considered. The street distribution of "three vertical and five horizontal" constitutes the settlement space pattern of Zhai Buchang. It also analyzes in detail the unique architectural forms of folk houses, and finally analyzes the key residential buildings, key public buildings and landscape relics of ancient villages. Based on the analysis of the existing problems and protection contents of the ancient village in Zhai Buchang, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the protection and renewal of the settlement, and plans and designs a plan for the development and regeneration of the ancient village in Zhai Buchang. It provides a detailed case for the study of human settlements in northern Henan, and provides some references for the future construction of villages and the planning of contemporary settlements.
