基于民族文化特色的蒙古族食品包装设计研究

【摘要】:蒙古族是一个古老的民族,经过长期的历史积淀与发展,形成了丰富的、独具特色的民族文化,而这广阔丰富的历史资源正是设计时无尽的艺术源泉。对于蒙古族传统文化而言,以文字、图案、色彩为主体的文化符号是最真实、最深刻、最生动的反映蒙古族传统文化本质特征的载体。本文先从对蒙古族传统文化的分析入手,对蒙古族传统文化符号——即文字、图案和色彩进行了较为系统的整理、研究和发掘。再通过市场调研,分别从肉类、奶类、粮类、酒类这四类蒙古族特色食品中选取具有代表性的包装设计实例,主要从文字、图案和色彩这三点进行详细的分析。接着将理论研究应用于设计实践并进行了专门阐述,寻找现代包装设计与蒙古族传统文化元素的契合点。将蒙古族文化正确运用于本民族的食品包装设计中,充分体现了蒙古民族特色食品包装的独特韵味,可以展示出意想不到的设计效果,从而丰富本民族特色食品的包装设计。同时,本文还可以为蒙古族传统文化研究提供新的美学思路,并且为创造有民族特色的设计理论奠定基础,使具有蒙古族特色食品的包装设计更好地适应时代的发展和市场的需要。本文最后从文化、经济、社会和生态四个方面,对蒙古族食品包装设计中民族文化应用的意义进行详细的探究,重点论述将蒙古族文化元素融入于特色食品的包装设计中,能更好地弘扬、传承民族优良传统文化,促进地方旅游业的发展,拉动经济的增长,塑造民族特色品牌,最后还可以达到保护生态环境的作用。
[Abstract]:Mongolian nationality is an ancient nation, after a long period of historical accumulation and development, formed a rich, unique national culture, and this vast and rich historical resources is the endless source of art design. For the Mongolian traditional culture, the cultural symbols with characters, patterns and colors as the main body are the most real, profound and vivid carrier reflecting the essential characteristics of Mongolian traditional culture. Starting with the analysis of Mongolian traditional culture, this paper systematically arranges, studies and excavates the symbols of Mongolian traditional culture, that is, characters, patterns and colors. Then through market research, respectively from the meat, milk, grain, wine, these four types of Mongolian characteristic food packaging design examples selected, mainly from the text, design and color of these three points for detailed analysis. Then the theoretical research is applied to the design practice and the special elaboration is made to find the convergence point between the modern packaging design and the traditional cultural elements of the Mongols. The correct application of Mongolian culture in the food packaging design of this nation fully reflects the unique flavor of Mongolian ethnic food packaging, and can display unexpected design effects, thus enriching the packaging design of this national characteristic food. At the same time, this paper can also provide a new aesthetic idea for the study of Mongolian traditional culture, and lay a foundation for the creation of design theory with national characteristics. To make the packaging design of Mongolian characteristic food better adapt to the development of the times and the needs of the market. At the end of this paper, from the aspects of culture, economy, society and ecology, the significance of the application of national culture in the design of Mongolian food packaging is discussed in detail, and the emphasis is put on the integration of Mongolian cultural elements into the packaging design of characteristic food. It can better carry forward, inherit national fine traditional culture, promote the development of local tourism, stimulate the economic growth, mold the national characteristic brand, and finally achieve the function of protecting the ecological environment.
