上海市中小学音乐教师工作现状与反馈

【摘要】:本研究旨在探讨上海市中小学音乐教师的工作现状及反馈,及不同背景变项下的音乐教师工作现状与反馈的差异比较。主要的研究焦点包括:1.工作现状;2.工作感受;3.工作投入。本研究采用调查研究法,以上海市中小学音乐教师为母体,采便利取样,共选取上海市7个区,131名中小学音乐教师为样本。研究工具采用自编问卷《音乐教师工作状况调查问卷》和张轶文,甘怡群于2005引入Schaufeli等编制的Utrecht工作投入量表(UWES)《工作投入量表》。调查数据以描述性统计、t检验和one way ANOVA进行分析讨论。调查结果如下:一、现状1.上海市中小学音乐教师工作强度较重;继续教育以技能培训为主,教师们期望能多参与艺术类培训。2.多数学校能提供良好的工作环境,研究样本的反馈也显示好的工作环境是教师在其学校工作的主要因素。3.教师从业的主要原因是对教育事业的热爱;职业发展、家庭因素和交通问题是影响教师产生离职想法的三个主要因素;音乐教师有校外兼职的人数比例约为20%。4.不同区域的教师在“参与市级比赛获奖”上有显著差异;不同教龄的教师在校外兼职和公开课次数上有显著差异。二、反馈情况1.工作感受方面,上海市中小学音乐教师的工作感受一般,其中教师的教学感受最满意。不同区域的教师在工作感受上无显著差异:但不同教龄的音乐教师在工作强度和待遇上有显著性差异,其中教龄21-30年教师工作强度最重且待遇感受最不满意;在进修感受和人际感受上差异显著,11-15年教龄的教师进修感受和人际感受最满意。2.工作投入方面,上海市中小学音乐教师工作投入水平良好,其中教师的奉献程度最高。不同区域的教师在工作投入上无显著差异;但不同教龄的教师,工作投入和其工作投入的活力和奉献度均有显著性差异,其中教龄在5年以下的教师,其工作投入水平最高。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to explore the present situation and feedback of music teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shanghai, and to compare the differences between the work status and feedback of music teachers under different background variables. The main research focus is: 1: 1. The present situation of work is 2. The feeling of work is 3. Work devotion. In this study, 131 primary and middle school music teachers in 7 districts of Shanghai were selected as samples, using primary and middle school music teachers as mother body and convenience sampling. The research tools used the self-designed questionnaire "Music Teachers' work status questionnaire" and Zhang Yiwen, and Gan Yi-qun introduced the Utrecht work engagement scale developed by Schaufeli et al in 2005, the "work engagement scale". The survey data were analyzed by descriptive statistical t test and one way ANOVA. The results are as follows: 1. Music teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shanghai work more intensively, continuing education is mainly based on skills training, teachers expect to participate in art training. 2. Most schools can provide a good working environment, and feedback from the study sample also shows that a good working environment is the main factor for teachers to work in their schools. The main reason for teachers' employment is the love of education; career development, family factors and transportation problems are the three main factors that affect teachers' idea of leaving their jobs; the proportion of music teachers who have part-time jobs outside school is about 20.4%. Teachers from different regions have significant differences in "participating in municipal competitions", and teachers of different teaching years have significant differences in the number of part-time and open classes outside school. Second, feedback 1. In terms of work experience, the music teachers in Shanghai are generally satisfied with their teaching experience. There is no significant difference in job experience among teachers in different regions: however, there are significant differences in work intensity and treatment among music teachers of different teaching years, among which teachers with 21-30 years of teaching age are the most intense and the most dissatisfied with their feelings of treatment; There were significant differences in learning experience and interpersonal feeling between 11 and 15 years of teaching. The teachers' learning experience and interpersonal feeling were the most satisfactory. 2. In terms of work involvement, Shanghai's primary and middle school music teachers have a good level of work involvement, among which teachers have the highest level of dedication. There was no significant difference in work engagement among teachers in different regions, but there were significant differences between teachers of different teaching years in terms of work engagement and the vitality and dedication of work engagement. Among them, teachers with less than 5 years of teaching age had the highest level of work engagement.
