南京荷花塘传统巷井空间特色与保护策略研究

【摘要】：南京作为首批国家级历史文化名城之一,拥有6000多年的文明历史。荷花塘巷井街区是城南乃至整个南京最重要且现存不多的传统民居片区之一,是反映南京明清时期传统住区和丝织手工业区的典型和杰出代表,有着丰富的历史遗迹,清晰的历史格局,完整的传统风貌,具有很高的历史文化价值与建筑艺术价值。然而随着城市化进程的不断加快,荷花塘巷井街区日益被城市边缘化。因物质空间老化、历史文脉缺失等问题,在城市特色建设、地域文脉传承上,荷花塘也日益失去了其独特的历史文化优势。针对出现的种种问题,更新传统巷井空间特色、激活传统巷井文化底蕴成为本文研究的重点。论文以荷花塘传统巷井为主要研究对象,从巷井文化的构成分析入手,提出激活巷井文化的切入点是更新巷井的物质空间,核心是解决如何让传统巷井物质空间在新的环境中发挥其个性,如何更好地适应当代社会生活方式。在广泛的实地考察、田野调查以及文献研究的基础上,对荷花塘传统巷井特征的形成演变及其现状进行了分析。并运用美学、类型学、建筑学、文化学等相关理论与研究方法,对传统巷井的空间形态、院落特征、建筑特色以及场所精神进行了整体性研究。同时,在荷花塘特有的巷井空间特征基础上针对其现状问题,提出巷井空间更新与巷井文化激活的策略、方法。论文共分五章。开篇为绪论,阐述本论文的研究背景、对象、意义以及国内外研究现状,针对以往研究的不足之处,提出本文研究的内容、方法及思路,制定一个系统性的研究框架。第一章论述荷花塘传统巷井的基本概况,回顾荷花塘传统巷井的形成、空间发展演变以及社会文化特征;通过实地考察对荷花塘传统巷井现状进行详细调研,提出荷花塘街区现状存在的种种问题以及更新改造面临的各种难点。为了对荷花塘传统巷井保护更新更具针对性,论文第二章专门对荷花塘传统巷井的空间特征进行深入挖掘,从空间形态、院落特征、建筑特色三方面具体分析传统巷井的物质空间。第三章从巷井保护的内容,实现的目标与应遵循的基本原则三方面阐述了保护荷花塘传统巷井的策略。第四章则在第二章的现状问题以及第三章的空间特征基础上,结合相关原则,从文化角度研究,有针对性地提出保护传统巷井的方法。第五章为全文的总结。
[Abstract]:Nanjing, as one of the first national historical and cultural cities, has a civilization history of more than 6000 years. As one of the most important and few existing traditional residential areas in the south of the city and even in the whole Nanjing, he Hua Tang Xiang Jing District is a typical and outstanding representative of the traditional residential area and silk weaving hand industrial zone in the Ming and Qing dynasties of Nanjing. It has rich historical relics. Clear historical pattern, complete traditional style and features, have very high historical and cultural value and architectural art value. However, with the development of urbanization, Hehua Tangxiang block is increasingly marginalized by the city. Due to the aging of material space and the absence of historical context, Lotus Pond has lost its unique historical and cultural advantages in the construction of urban characteristics and the transmission of regional context. Aiming at various problems, it is the focus of this paper to renew the spatial characteristics of traditional roadways and activate the cultural details of traditional roadways. Based on the analysis of the structure of the traditional lane culture, the paper puts forward that the breakthrough point of activating the lane culture is to renew the material space of the lane well. The core is how to make the material space of traditional lane and well play its individuality in the new environment and how to adapt to the contemporary social life style better. On the basis of extensive field investigation, field investigation and literature study, the formation, evolution and present situation of the characteristics of traditional lane and well in Lotus Pond are analyzed. Based on the theories and methods of aesthetics, typology, architecture and culturology, this paper makes a holistic study on the spatial form, courtyard features, architectural characteristics and place spirit of traditional roadways. At the same time, on the basis of the unique spatial characteristics of the lane well in the lotus pond, aiming at the present situation, the strategy and method of the space renewal and the culture activation of the lane well are put forward. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first part is an introduction, which describes the research background, object, significance and current situation of the research at home and abroad. In view of the shortcomings of the previous research, this paper puts forward the contents, methods and ideas of this study, and formulates a systematic research framework. The first chapter discusses the basic situation of the traditional lane in the lotus pond, reviews the formation, spatial development and social and cultural characteristics of the traditional lane in the lotus pond, and makes a detailed investigation on the present situation of the traditional lane in the lotus pond through the field investigation. This paper puts forward the problems existing in the current situation of the Lotus Pond block and the difficulties faced by the renewal and transformation. In order to protect and renew the traditional lane of lotus pond, the second chapter of the paper is devoted to the deep excavation of the spatial characteristics of the traditional lane of lotus pond, from the space form, courtyard characteristics, Three aspects of architectural characteristics of the specific analysis of the material space of traditional roadway wells. In the third chapter, the strategies of protecting the traditional lane well in Lotus Pond are expounded from the aspects of the content, the goal and the basic principle to be followed. In the fourth chapter, based on the present situation of the second chapter and the spatial characteristics of the third chapter, combining with the relevant principles, the author puts forward the methods of protecting traditional roadway wells from the cultural point of view.
