大田温镇现代休闲农场发展规划研究

【摘要】：休闲农业是在一定的社会经济条件下,在城市化进程中,农业的深层次开发与旅游业延伸交叉形成的具有生产、休闲、求知、生态功能的新型产业形态。温镇现代休闲农场地处于闽中著名避暑圣地大田县,在此建设休闲农场,具有重要的战略意义。本文在综述国内外休闲农业开发实践现状的基础上,从多个方面对温镇现代休闲农场进行综合研究。经过规划分析：(1)大田县温镇现代休闲农场地理条件优越,农场内部自然、人文景观丰富,通过资源环境容量分析,农场具备进行深度旅游开发的条件,拥有良好的自然环境、丰富的林地资源。(2)根据区域形象要素和市场分析,大田温镇现代休闲农场饱含历史文化的底蕴和八方交融的积淀,生态休闲内涵丰富,同时经过市场供求分析,预测以现有休闲农业的供给容量必定无法满足未来几年内庞大的市场需求,又好又快发展休闲农业成大势所趋。(3)农场以优质的“生态产品”与“生态服务”为支撑,通过四大功能分区布局对农(林)业多功能的深度开发,按“林中药谷,森山花果,森山花果,养生人家”总体定位,把项目区建设成集生态、休闲、养生为一体的现代生态休闲农场。(4)农场的农地规划和基础设施建目前尚处在初级开发阶段,环境污染与破坏较少,整体环境质量较好,旅游污染、生活污水及农业生产污染是主要污染物。(5)以时间、空间、特色为主题的生态休憩线路设计,结合整合、联合、4P和养生营销策略,将确保实现预期的游客规模,树立生态旅游、农业休闲的区域首选品牌。最后,提出相关建议：认为大田温镇现代休闲农场要建设和经营好,需要从“资金保障、人力保障、技术保障、管理保障、自然灾害预防体系”五个方面提出科学可行的方案。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture is a new industrial form with the functions of production, leisure, knowledge and ecology, which is formed by the deep development of agriculture and the extension of tourism in the process of urbanization under certain social and economic conditions. Wenzhen modern leisure farm is located in Datian county, a famous summer resort in central Fujian. It is of great strategic significance to build leisure farm here. On the basis of summarizing the present situation of leisure agriculture development at home and abroad, this paper makes a comprehensive study on Wenzhen modern leisure farm from many aspects. Through planning and analysis: (1) the modern leisure farm in Wenzhen County of Datian County has superior geographical conditions, natural inside the farm, rich human landscape, through the analysis of resources and environment capacity, the farm has the conditions for deep tourism development, and has a good natural environment. (2) based on the analysis of regional image factors and market, the modern leisure farm in Datianwen Town is full of historical and cultural background and accumulation of blending of the eight directions, and the connotation of ecological leisure is rich, at the same time through the analysis of market supply and demand, It is predicted that the supply capacity of the existing leisure agriculture will not be able to meet the huge market demand in the next few years, and the rapid development of leisure agriculture will become the trend of the times. (3) the farms are supported by high-quality "ecological products" and "ecological services". Through the deep development of the multi-function agriculture (forest) industry through the four functional zoning layout, according to the overall orientation of "Forest and traditional Chinese Medicine Valley, Senshan Flowers and fruits, Health families", the project area will be built into a collection of ecology and leisure. (4) the farmland planning and infrastructure construction of the farm is still in the primary stage of development, with less environmental pollution and destruction, better overall environmental quality and tourism pollution. Domestic sewage and pollution from agricultural production are the main pollutants. (5) the design of ecological rest routes with time, space and characteristics, combined with integration, combined with 4P and health marketing strategy, will ensure the expected tourist scale and establish ecotourism. Agricultural leisure regional first choice brand. Finally, some suggestions are put forward: to build and manage the modern leisure farm in Datianwen Town, we need to put forward scientific and feasible schemes from five aspects: fund guarantee, manpower security, technical guarantee, management guarantee and natural disaster prevention system.
