川渝坡地住区的适地设计策略初探

【摘要】:因地理地貌之由,坡地是川渝地区普遍存在的住区建设用地,其建设条件复杂,给设计带来诸多不便。设计中往往存在很多问题,不合理的建设导致自然生态环境的破坏。且当代人们的居住习惯和对居家的品质要求也发生了变化,如何使当代住区与所处坡地环境协调共融,更好地为人们的生活服务,成为一个值得探讨的课题。本文从当代建筑学角度出发,以对历史沿革的研究开始,再对现当代川渝等地的住区典型案例进行调研,从场地规划、建筑设计和景观环境三方面进行分析比较,发现了一些当代住区与坡地环境不相协调的客观问题,包括:场地规划轻视坡地环境、建筑设计与坡地特质不协调、景观环境的坡地特色不足。随后,对川渝坡地特质的内容进行梳理,包括地貌、微气候和居住文化习俗。结合所发现的客观问题与川渝坡地的特质,并借鉴古今中外的基础理论,提炼出川渝坡地住区适地设计的指导思想:系统观下的综合权衡、适宜适度地尊重坡地特质,从而得出适地设计的原则。在上述研究的基础上,汲取实地调研、设计文本等搜集到的相关案例中的可取之处,从场地规划、建筑设计、景观环境三方面,具有针对性地归纳川渝坡地住区的适地设计策略:第一,主张场地规划应因势利导,包括整合内外的场地梳理、综合权衡的建筑布局、适应地形的动态车行系统、契合地形的静态车行系统、结合地貌的步行系统五点策略。第二,认为建筑设计应因地制宜,包括互动适应的接地方式、由地而生的空间形态、入口与内部功能相互适应、符合坡地审美的建筑风貌、立体化的建筑消防系统五点策略。第三,提出景观环境营造应山水共融,包括追求自然的山石景观、依山就势的水体景观、多元多维的植被绿化、体现坡地特色的造景四点策略。最后,以笔者参与的实际工程——四川省巴中区南江县清华苑住区设计为例,对上述研究进行实例印证。期望本文对川渝坡地住区的适地设计有一定参考价值。
[Abstract]:Because of the geographical and geomorphological reasons, the slope land is a common residential land in Sichuan and Chongqing, and its construction conditions are complicated, which brings many inconvenience to the design. There are many problems in the design, and unreasonable construction results in the destruction of natural ecological environment. And the living habits of contemporary people and the quality requirements of home have also changed. How to make the contemporary residential area and the sloping land environment harmony and better serve for people's life has become a topic worthy of discussion. From the perspective of contemporary architecture, this paper begins with the study of historical evolution, and then investigates the typical cases of modern and contemporary Sichuan and Chongqing residential areas, and analyzes and compares them from three aspects: site planning, architectural design and landscape environment. Some objective problems of disharmony between contemporary residential area and sloping land environment are found, including: site planning despises the sloping land environment, architectural design and sloping land characteristics are not coordinated, and the slope characteristics of the landscape environment are insufficient. Then, the characteristics of Sichuan and Chongqing slope land, including geomorphology, microclimate and residential cultural customs were combed. Combining the discovered objective problems with the characteristics of the slope land in Sichuan and Chongqing, and drawing lessons from the basic theories of ancient, modern and modern times, this paper abstracts out the guiding ideology of the land design of the sloping land of Sichuan and Chongqing: the comprehensive trade-offs under the system view, and the appropriate and appropriate respect for the characteristics of the sloping land. Thus, the principle of suitable design is obtained. On the basis of the above research, draw on the merits of relevant cases collected from field research, design text, etc., from three aspects: site planning, architectural design, landscape environment, etc. Firstly, it is advocated that the site planning should be guided by the situation, including integrating the internal and external site combing, synthetically weighing the architectural layout, adapting to the terrain of the dynamic vehicle system, and summarizing the appropriate design strategies of the sloping land residential area in Sichuan and Chongqing: first, it is advocated that the site planning should be guided by the situation. The static vehicle system is suitable for the terrain, and the five-point strategy of the walking system is combined with the landform. Secondly, the author thinks that the architectural design should be adapted to the local conditions, including the earthing mode of interactive adaptation, the spatial form from the ground, the mutual adaptation between the entrance and the internal function, the architectural style and features in accordance with the aesthetics of the sloping land, and the five-point strategy of building fire fighting system. Third, the landscape environment should be integrated into the landscape, including the pursuit of natural landscape, water landscape according to the mountain potential, multi-dimensional vegetation greening, landscape making strategy that reflects the characteristics of the slope. Finally, taking the actual project in which the author participated-the design of Qinghua Garden residential area in Nanjiang County, Bazhong District, Sichuan Province as an example, the above research is verified by an example. It is expected that this paper has some reference value for the design of the suitable land in the sloping land of Sichuan and Chongqing.
