邢台市区初级中学健美操课程资源现状与开发研究

【摘要】:中学健美操课程资源的合理开发和利用是全面推进学校体育教学改革,优化教学效果的基础保障。近年来,中学健美操课程的广泛开展,其独特的健身娱乐价值和艺术审美价值,深受中学生喜爱。但是,对于健美操课程资源的综合开发和利用依然是中学体育教学过程中亟待解决的重点问题。因此,通过文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等研究方法,以邢台市区初级中学为例,在较为全面系统地调查健美操课程的人力、物力、财力、文化和隐性课程资源现状的基础上,提出了相应的发展对策。主要研究结论如下:(1)邢台市区初级中学健美操教师的年龄结构以年轻教师为主,专家型教师较少,男女教师性别结构失衡,女性教师所占比重较高,教师的职称结构、运动等级和裁判等级水平偏低。(2)邢台市区初级中学健美操场地器材资源不同的学校之间存在严重的不均衡现象,健美操教学训练器材不足,室内体育馆和综合性场馆缺乏,不利于课外健美操活动的开展。(3)邢台市区初级中学健美操任课教师的工资待遇水平偏低;教学财力资源的融资渠道单一,教学环境改善的市场化运作机制尚不成熟。(4)邢台市区初级中学健美操课程目标单一,心理健康目标和社会适应目标方面有待于进一步加强;教学内容比较单一,缺乏创新性,自编健美操所采用的较少,教材的选择具有一定的随意性,教学方法的创新能力不足,教师对于教案的使用多采用旧教案,课后小结的总结工作方面没有做到认真归纳总结,考核内容缺乏对健美操基本功和乐感培养方面的考核。(5)邢台市区初级中学学生的学习动机希望掌握健美操相关的知识技能,但是,对健美操运动在改善形体、增强体质,增进健康方面的认识不足,学生对健美操的喜好程度表现为两极分化的状态,学生对健美操教学的满意度较高,课程内容的设置方面缺乏对学生学习心理的调查。(6)提出了教师进行职后培训,吸收和引进健美操专业的人才,调整教师的性别结构,因地制宜地开发校内健美操课程物力资源,加大政府的资金投放力度,借助市场化的运作模式,吸收个人和企业赞助或投资,不断完善健美操教学物质环境,教师加强健美操的创编与改编能力,系统了解本班或本校健美操教学的实际情况有针对性地选择性和使用教材等方面的具体对策。
[Abstract]:The reasonable development and utilization of calisthenics curriculum resources in middle school is the basic guarantee to promote the reform of physical education teaching and optimize the teaching effect. In recent years, the aerobics course of middle school is widely developed, its unique fitness entertainment value and artistic aesthetic value are deeply loved by middle school students. However, the comprehensive development and utilization of calisthenics curriculum resources is still a key problem to be solved in the process of middle school physical education. Therefore, through literature, expert interviews, questionnaires and other research methods, taking Xingtai City Junior Middle School as an example, the manpower, material and financial resources of aerobics courses are investigated in a more comprehensive and systematic way. On the basis of the present situation of culture and recessive curriculum resources, the corresponding development countermeasures are put forward. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the age structure of calisthenics teachers in urban junior middle schools in Xingtai is mainly young teachers, there are fewer expert teachers, the gender structure of male and female teachers is out of balance, the proportion of female teachers is high, and the professional title structure of teachers. (2) there is a serious imbalance between the schools with different resources of aerobics facilities in Xingtai City Junior Middle School, the shortage of aerobics teaching and training equipment, the lack of indoor gymnasium and comprehensive gymnasium. It is not conducive to the development of extracurricular aerobics activities. (3) the salary level of aerobics teachers in Xingtai urban junior middle school is low; the financing channel of teaching financial resources is single, The market-oriented operating mechanism of improving teaching environment is not mature. (4) the goal of calisthenics course in Xingtai urban junior middle school is single, the goal of mental health and social adaptation needs to be further strengthened, the teaching content is relatively single, and the teaching content is lack of innovation. The use of self-compiled aerobics is less, the choice of teaching materials is arbitrary, the innovative ability of teaching methods is insufficient, the teachers often use old teaching plans for the use of teaching plans, and the summing up of after-class summary has not been done seriously. (5) the students of Xingtai urban junior middle school hope to master the knowledge and skills related to aerobics. However, aerobics can improve the physique and strengthen the physique. The students' preference for aerobics is polarized, and the students' satisfaction with aerobics teaching is high. The content of the curriculum is short of investigation on the students' learning psychology. (6) it is proposed that teachers should carry out post-service training, absorb and introduce aerobics professionals, adjust teachers' gender structure, and develop the material resources of aerobics courses in accordance with local conditions. Increase the government's capital investment, with the help of market-oriented operation mode, attract individuals and enterprises to sponsor or invest, constantly improve the material environment of aerobics teaching, teachers strengthen the ability to create and adapt aerobics, Systematic understanding of the actual situation of aerobics teaching in this class or in our school.
