基于可持续发展的新农村景观规划构想

【摘要】：目前,由于我国科技的发展,经济水平的发展,促使我国农村经济发生了很大的转变,对于农村的经济发展来说,建设社会主义新农村是现代化农村的重要任务。21世纪的到来,城市化的发展速度明显加快,极大的带动了农村发展的速度,目前广大农村将面临前所未有的挑战与改变。如果在改变的过程中,一味的模仿现代城市规划,那么将会导致农村原有的特色流失。目前,很多农村都参考城市的发展规划方式做为自己的主要规划方案,没有结合农村的实际情况大肆开发工业生产,从而导致农村遭受到了很严重的工业污染。农村由原有的美景转变成为脏、乱、差,而且随着时间的推移,人们一想到农村景象,浮在眼前的都是一片狼藉的景象。新农村的建设严重影响了”人文景区”以及”景观规划”的需求。与此同时,新农村的景区虽然带有很多现代化的因素,但是却遭受到了极大的迫害,甚至丧失了原有的美景。综上所述,目前的种种问题,使得新农村规划管理人员犯愁,因为在统筹农村发展以及做好新农村建设就必须解决以上问题。如何处理好新农村的规划问题,如何处理好工业生产与农村原生态之间的矛盾。所以本文研究的新农村景观规划构想具有较大的实践价值。通过本文的阐述研究,思考如何构建一个有特色的新农村,使艺术在提升农民的审美意识和文化品格方面,发挥其重要作用,将仙桃地区农村景观规划设计的理论研究成果加以细化并应用于实践中。
[Abstract]:At present, due to the development of science and technology and the development of economic level in our country, great changes have taken place in the rural economy of our country. For the development of rural economy, building a new socialist countryside is an important task of the modern countryside. The development speed of urbanization is obviously accelerated, which greatly drives the speed of rural development. At present, the vast rural areas will face unprecedented challenges and changes. If in the process of change, blindly imitating modern urban planning, it will lead to the loss of the original rural characteristics. At present, many rural areas refer to the urban development planning as their own main planning plan, and do not combine with the actual situation in rural areas to develop industrial production, resulting in a very serious industrial pollution in rural areas. The countryside has changed from a beautiful scene to a dirty, chaotic, poor, and over time, people think of the rural scene, floating in front of the scene is a mess. The construction of the new countryside has seriously affected the needs of the humanistic scenic spots and landscape planning. At the same time, the scenic spots of the new countryside, although with many modern factors, but suffered great persecution, and even lost the original beauty. To sum up, the current problems make the new rural planning managers worry, because in the overall planning of rural development and do a good job in the construction of new countryside must solve the above problems. How to deal with the problem of planning of new countryside and the contradiction between industrial production and rural primitive ecology. Therefore, the new rural landscape planning concept studied in this paper has great practical value. Through the elaboration and research of this paper, we think about how to construct a new countryside with special features, so that art can play an important role in promoting the peasants' aesthetic consciousness and cultural character. The theoretical research results of rural landscape planning and design in Xiantao area are refined and applied in practice.
