内蒙古通辽市居住区园林景观环境的研究

【摘要】：现代社会,由于人们对于生活水平的要求越来越高,对于生活品质的需求也相应的提升了很多,对居住区园林景观环境的认知有了越来越深刻理解和体会。在这个经济高速发展时代,园林景观环境愈来愈受到人们的广泛关注。居住区的园林景观设计越来越受到人们的重视,人们的视线已经转移到居住区景观规划上,不再是以前的只考虑户型是否合理等,这给居住区园林景观环境带来了广泛的机遇和不少的挑战。居住区园林景观设计要与建筑相结合,与建筑风格融为一体,利用一些植物,水景,广场以及园林小品给人们营造一个舒适健康的生活环境,使小区内的居民一进入小区就仿佛进入了一个世外桃源。居住区景观环境要本着以人的感受为第一考虑要素的原则,因为,人们日常生活最重要场所就是居住区,要使居民生活在一个安全、健康、放松的生活环境中,缓解人们一天工作疲惫的心情,与此同时,也要为居住区的老年人和儿童提供一个健身,娱乐、休憩、玩耍的场所。本文对现代居住区园林景观环境的概念与设计理念都做出了解释,提出了生态主义和人性化的居住区园林景观环境的设计原则,对居住区园林景观环境中的建筑小品、公共服务设施和植物种植的理念、原则与方法都做出了简要的概述。在总结居住区园林景观环境研究理论的基础上,从园林景观要素方面入手,分析了内蒙古通辽市四个居住区小区(水岸春城居住区、龙庭秀舍居住区、红星新城居住区、东兴新城居住区)的园林景观环境,调查研究了这些居住小区的总体规划、入口景观、广场、水景,园林小品、绿化种植和停车场等。
[Abstract]:In modern society, because of people's higher and higher requirements for the standard of living, the demand for quality of life has been raised a lot, and the cognition of landscape environment of residential area has more and more profound understanding and experience. In this era of rapid economic development, landscape environment has been paid more and more attention. More and more attention has been paid to the landscape design of residential areas. People's attention has been shifted to the landscape planning of residential areas. This brings a wide range of opportunities and challenges to residential landscape environment. Residential landscape design should be combined with architecture and architectural style, using some plants, water features, squares and garden sketches to create a comfortable and healthy living environment. So that the residents of the community as if into the community into a paradise. The landscape environment of residential areas should be based on the principle of taking human feelings as the first consideration, because the most important place of people's daily life is residential areas, so that residents should live in a safe, healthy and relaxed living environment. At the same time, it is necessary to provide a fitness, entertainment, rest and play place for the elderly and children in residential areas. This article has made the explanation to the modern residential district garden landscape environment concept and the design idea, has proposed the ecology doctrine and the humanized residential district garden landscape environment design principle, has made the architectural sketch to the residential district garden landscape environment. The concept, principles and methods of public service facilities and plant cultivation are briefly outlined. On the basis of summing up the research theory of landscape environment in residential areas, this paper analyzes the four residential areas in Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia (Water Bank Spring City, Longting Xiushe Residential area, Hongxing New City Residential area) from the aspect of landscape elements, and analyzes the four residential areas in Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia. The landscape environment of Dongxing New Town) is investigated. The overall planning, entrance landscape, square, waterscape, garden sketch, greening planting and parking lot of these residential areas are investigated.
