工业遗产价值的保护与延续

【摘要】：工业遗产是文化遗产的重要组成部分,人类对工业遗产的研究始于20世纪50年代英国的民间研究团体基于“工业考古学”对工业革命以后的工业遗迹、遗存的调查和研究工作。2003年7月,在俄罗斯下塔吉尔召开的TICCIH第12届大会上通过了国际工业遗产保护的纲领性文件《关于工业遗产的下塔吉尔宪章》,标志着国际社会对工业遗产保护达成了普遍共识。2006年4月18日“国际古迹遗址日”的主题为工业遗产,首届中国工业遗产保护论坛在无锡召开,通过了有关工业遗产保护的宪章性文件《无锡建议》。工业遗产并非泛指历史上所有留下来的工业建筑,而是指工业革命后出现的用于工业生产、加工、维修的厂房以及为之配套的仓储、办公、居住、服务等功能的建筑物、构筑物及基础设施,具有公认历史文化和改造再利用意义的建筑及其所在的城市地区,且具特色并见证、记录了近现代社会的变革与发展。目前国际社会对工业遗产保护普遍重视程度较高,相关领域的研究开展较早,并且产生了许多优秀的理论与实践成果。相较于国外的研究进程,我国在工业遗产领域的研究与实践比较落后,对工业遗产的重视程度不足。在我国日益加速的城市化进程和快节奏的城市建设条件下,国内社会对工业遗产的处理方式主要是采用“大拆大建”和“推到重来”粗暴方式,造成我国工业遗产大量破坏和流失。近年来,工业遗产问题在我国慢慢开始引起重视,也有一定的理论成果和相关的实践经验。然而我国在这方面领域的研究还有很长的路要走,尤其是在对工业遗产价值认知方面存在一定普遍问题。我国拥有丰富的工业遗产资源,因此对工业遗产保护利用的研究有着十分重要的意义。本文通过理论论证和案例分析,从对工业遗产的价值分析入手对工业遗产保护的一般方法进行探究,为能找到正确对待工业遗产的方法做出尝试。
[Abstract]:Industrial heritage is an important part of cultural heritage. The study of industrial heritage began in the 1950s in the British folk research group based on "industrial archaeology" of industrial relics after the industrial revolution. Industrial heritage does not refer generally to all the industrial buildings left over in history, but to industrial buildings that emerged after the Industrial Revolution for industrial production, processing and maintenance, as well as supporting buildings for storage, office, residence, service, etc. The structures and infrastructure, the buildings with recognized historical and cultural significance and the reconstruction and reuse of the buildings and their urban areas are characterized and witnessed, which records the transformation and development of modern society. At present, the international community generally attaches great importance to the protection of industrial heritage, studies in related fields have been carried out earlier, and many excellent theoretical and practical results have been produced. Compared with the foreign research process, the research and practice in the field of industrial heritage in China is relatively backward, and the degree of attention to industrial heritage is insufficient. Under the conditions of accelerating urbanization and fast-paced urban construction in China, the main ways to deal with industrial heritage in domestic society are "big demolition and construction" and "pushing back". The industrial heritage of our country caused a great deal of damage and loss. In recent years, the problem of industrial heritage has been paid more and more attention in our country. However, there is still a long way to go in this field, especially in the cognition of industrial heritage value. China is rich in industrial heritage resources, so the study of industrial heritage conservation and utilization is of great significance. Through theoretical argumentation and case analysis, this paper probes into the general methods of industrial heritage protection from the value analysis of industrial heritage, in order to find a correct way to treat industrial heritage.
