基于拓扑网络和空间句法的大型商业建筑内空间动线研究

【摘要】:随着商业地产的蓬勃发展,商业建筑正朝着体量扩大、业态增多的方向发展,对建筑平面布局规划带来了新的挑战。“流量为王”的现实背景下,建筑内部平面动线布局成为直接影响商业体经营收益和广大顾客消费体验的重要因素。本文基于空间句法和拓扑网络分析的相关理论,尝试探究一种科学的动线评价方法,通过量化指标对大型商业建筑内部动线进行描述分析,为商业建筑内部动线的设计优化提供参考。本文在研究过程中对大型商业建筑内部平面动线的评价分为客观和主观两个角度。客观评价方法借鉴了空间句法和拓扑网络的理论成果,首先利用空间句法软件Depthmap计算动线网络中各个点位的连接值、控制值、深度值、整合度、选择度等个体测度和可理解度等全局测度,对照社会网络分析中的点度中心度、中间中心度、接近中心度和密度等测度,两相结合互为补充,归纳得出八类可以对空间关系进行量化描述的客观评价指标。主观评价的研究采用了实地问卷调研的方式,获得了有关顾客消费习惯、行为偏好、空间体验等信息,探索出对顾客心理感受和环境体验影响较大的若干指标,与之前归纳的客观评价指标建立对应联系,形成了相对完整的大型商业建筑内部平面动线的评价方法,结合龙湖杭州金沙天街这一实际案例中三个平面形式不同的典型楼层的平面动线网络进行了较为深入全面的评价分析,并给出了优化建议。本文的研究成果可作为分析参考的依据用于指导大型商业建筑的动线规划、装饰与景观设计、功能排布和商铺配置、运营管理等环节。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of commercial real estate, commercial buildings are moving towards the expansion of volume and the increase of business status, which brings new challenges to the layout planning of buildings. Under the background of "the flow is king", the layout of the inner plane of the building has become an important factor that directly affects the business income and the customers' consumption experience. Based on the theory of spatial syntax and topological network analysis, this paper attempts to explore a scientific dynamic line evaluation method, and describes and analyzes the dynamic line in large commercial buildings through quantitative indicators. It provides a reference for the design optimization of commercial building interior dynamic line. In this paper, the internal dynamic evaluation of large commercial buildings can be divided into two angles: objective and subjective. The objective evaluation method draws lessons from the theoretical achievements of spatial syntax and topological network. Firstly, the connection value, control value, depth value, integration degree of each point in the dynamic line network are calculated by using the spatial syntax software Depthmap. Individual measures such as degree of selection and global measures such as comprehensibility are used to complement each other in comparison with such measures as pointwise centrality, intermediate centrality, proximity centrality and density in the analysis of social networks. Eight kinds of objective evaluation indexes which can describe the spatial relationship quantitatively are concluded. The research of subjective evaluation adopts the method of field questionnaire, obtains the information about customer consumption habit, behavior preference and spatial experience, and explores some indexes that have great influence on customer's psychological feeling and environmental experience. Establishing the corresponding relation with the objective evaluation indexes summarized before, and forming a relatively complete evaluation method of the inner plane dynamic line of large commercial buildings. Combined with the actual case of Jinsha Tianjie in Longhu Hangzhou, this paper makes a deep and comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the plane dynamic line network of three typical floors with different plane forms, and gives some suggestions for optimization. The research results of this paper can be used as the basis of analysis and reference to guide the dynamic line planning, decoration and landscape design, function arrangement and shop configuration, operation management of large commercial buildings, and so on.
