职业社会支持对大学生职业兴趣的影响:职业决策自我效能感的中介作用

【摘要】:大学生的就业问题是职业心理学领域的重点关注对象,职业兴趣更是其中的热门议题之一。现今就业形势严峻,帮助大学生探索自身的职业兴趣有助于其职业规划和整体发展,因此针对大学生职业兴趣的研究有其必要性。本研究探索了职业社会支持对大学生职业兴趣的影响,以及职业决策自我效能感在其中发挥的中介作用。本研究以社会认知职业理论(SCCT)为理论基础,将775名大学本科生作为研究对象,利用心理测验的方式展开研究。采用Holland(1969)编制的《霍兰德职业兴趣测验》测量大学生的职业兴趣;采用自编的《大学生职业社会支持问卷》测查大学生感知到的职业相关支持;采用Hampton和Nan Zhang(2005)修订的《职业决策自我效能量表(简表)》测量大学生的职业决策自我效能感。自编的《大学生职业社会支持问卷》既考虑了支持的性质也纳入了支持的来源,最终形成六个维度:家庭情感性支持、家庭工具性支持、同伴情感性支持、同伴工具性支持、环境情感性支持、环境工具性支持。问卷信度良好、结构效度理想,能够有效测量大学生感知到的职业社会支持。对数据进行MANOVA分析、相关分析、多元回归分析并利用结构方程模型建模后,研究得出如下结果:(1)大学生在除常规型兴趣外的其余五种职业兴趣(实际型、调研型、艺术型、社会型、企业型)上存在显著的性别差异。(2)职业社会支持对大学生的职业兴趣存在显著预测作用。(3)职业决策自我效能感在职业社会支持与职业兴趣的关系间起中介作用。本研究探讨了职业兴趣在生涯发展中的重要作用,具有一定的理论意义和实践价值。第一,自编《大学生职业社会支持问卷》丰富了职业心理测量方式;第二,检验了社会认知职业理论(SCCT)在当代大学生群体中的适用性;第三,为当代职业咨询与指导提供了建议。
[Abstract]:The employment of college students is the focus in the field of vocational psychology, and vocational interest is one of the hot topics. At present, the employment situation is severe, helping college students to explore their own professional interests is helpful to their career planning and overall development, so it is necessary to study the vocational interests of college students. This study explores the influence of career social support on college students' professional interest and the intermediary role of self-efficacy in career decision-making. Based on the social cognitive career theory (SCCT), 775 undergraduate students were selected as the research object, and the study was carried out by means of psychological test. The occupational interest of college students was measured by Holland (1969), and the perceived career-related support of college students was measured by self-designed questionnaire of Occupational Social support of College students. The occupational decision-making self-efficacy scale revised by Hampton and Nan Zhang (2005 was used to measure the career decision-making self-efficacy of college students. The questionnaire of College students' Professional Social support not only considers the nature of support but also includes the source of support, and finally forms six dimensions: family affective support, family instrumental support, peer affective support, peer instrumental support, and so on, and finally includes six dimensions: family affective support, family instrumental support, peer affective support, peer instrumental support, and so on. Environmental emotional support, environmental instrumental support. The questionnaire has good reliability and good structural validity. It can effectively measure the perceived occupational social support of college students. After the data were analyzed by MANOVA, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and structural equation model, the results were as follows: (1) in addition to the conventional interest, the other five kinds of professional interests (practical type, research type, and so on) of college students in the other five kinds of interests (practical type, research type), Artistic, social, (2) career social support has a significant predictive effect on college students' professional interest, and (3) the sense of self-efficacy of career decision-making plays an intermediary role in the relationship between occupational social support and professional interest. This study discusses the important role of professional interest in career development, has a certain theoretical and practical value. Firstly, the self-designed questionnaire of Vocational Social support for College students enriches the way of occupational psychological measurement, secondly, it tests the applicability of the social cognitive occupation theory (SCCT) in contemporary college students. Third, it provides suggestions for contemporary career counseling and guidance.
