广东惠州西湖空间形态及其发展策略研究

【摘要】：惠州西湖作为我国三大西湖之一,是一个有几千年历史文化积淀,集自然风景、人工景观和历史遗存于一体的风景湖泊。它不仅是岭南特色风景名胜区,也是中国文人写意自然山水风景名胜区的典范。本论文在借助大量论文、史籍、诗文等文献与图片资料,辅以实地考察、测绘等研究方法,从历史沿革、空间形态特征等方面循序渐进的对惠州西湖风景区的形成、物质空间、风景价值进行了分析,并在总结惠州西湖发展现状的基础上,提出未来可持续发展的建设方向。惠州西湖形成的主要条件是西部群山的山溪水向低洼的惠阳平原汇集,加上东江自然堤与人工筑堤的拦水作用。惠州西湖属性从郊野地发展到城中湖,是一个逐步城市化的过程。惠州西湖与惠州城市发展的辩证关系为:城湖相对独立阶段——相互促进,城湖协调阶段——矛盾对立,城湖失调阶段——未来城湖重新协调阶段。本研究惠州西湖的山水空间形态特征归纳总结为以下三点:1.半城湖色半城山。2.山川透邃,幽胜曲折3.浑然天成,少施人工。进而从景区外部空间形态、景区内部空间形态两方面分析了惠州西湖的空间要素特征。景区外部空间相关构成要素如水系、山脉、城市、湖滨公共开放空间等,景区内部空间形态要素包括水域布局结构,堤、岛、桥的景观层次,湖岸线处理,植物景观等,最后指出了惠州西湖在营造湖泊景观风景区方面的手法与空间形态特征。最后在总结其景区外部空间形态与内部空间形态的变化及其问题的的基础上,针对城市天际轮廓线控制、西湖及其周边地区视觉通廊的设置、湖滨公共开放空间发展、风景建筑风格、驳岸建设、植物景观配置等方面提出设计策略。
[Abstract]:Huizhou West Lake, as one of the three great west lakes in China, is a scenic lake with thousands of years of historical and cultural accumulation, including natural scenery, artificial landscape and historical relics. It is not only a scenic spot with Lingnan characteristics, but also a model of Chinese literati freehand natural landscape scenic spot. In this paper, with the help of a large number of papers, historical books, poetry and other literature and picture materials, supplemented by on-the-spot investigation, mapping and other research methods, from the historical evolution, spatial features and other aspects of the formation of Huizhou West Lake Scenic spot, material space, and so on in a step-by-step and step-by-step manner. The landscape value is analyzed, and on the basis of summarizing the present situation of Huizhou West Lake, the construction direction of sustainable development in the future is put forward. The main condition for the formation of the West Lake in Huizhou is that the mountain streams of the western mountains converge into the low-lying Huiyang Plain, together with the blocking action of the Dongjiang natural levee and the artificial levee. Huizhou West Lake attribute develops from the countryside to the city lake, is a gradual urbanization process. The dialectical relationship between Huizhou West Lake and Huizhou city development is as follows: city lake relatively independent stage-mutual promotion, city lake coordination stage-contradiction and opposition, city lake imbalance stage-future city lake coordination stage. In this study, the spatial features of landscape and landscape in Huizhou West Lake are summarized into the following three points: 1. Half city lake and half city mountain. 2. The mountains and rivers are profound and twists and turns 3. Be natural and do less artificial work. Then the spatial features of Huizhou West Lake are analyzed from two aspects: the outer space form of the scenic spot and the interior space form of the scenic spot. The external space related elements of the scenic spot such as water system, mountain range, city, lake side public open space and so on, the interior space form factor of the scenic spot includes the water area layout structure, the dike, the island, the bridge landscape level, the lake shoreline treatment, the plant landscape and so on. Finally, the author points out the techniques and spatial features of Huizhou West Lake in the construction of lake landscape scenic spots. Finally, on the basis of summarizing the changes and problems of the external and internal spatial forms of the scenic spot, aiming at the control of the urban skyline, the setting of the visual corridor of the West Lake and its surrounding areas, and the development of the public open space of the lake, Landscape architecture style, barge construction, plant landscape configuration and other aspects of the design strategy.
