基于规划、建筑、景观一体化设计论景观设计各阶段可改进之处

【摘要】：尽管我国关于规划、建筑、景观一体化设计的观点早在20世纪末就已提出,现在越来越多的项目也将景观与建筑及规划放在同等重要的位置。但是,目前大量建成项目的实际情况表明,景观与城市规划、建筑设计仍然存在不协调之处,建筑与规划依然占据主导地位,将规划、建筑、景观一体化设计的理想远未实现。本文的主要内容如下:一、以规划、建筑、景观各专业相关理论为研究基础,明确三者之间的相互关系;二、通过专家调查法进行辅助研究,针对本课题的相关问题得出相关调查结果;三、分析研究规划、建筑、景观一体化设计的优秀案例,得出成功案例的项目特点;四、研究笔者近年来工作中的实际项目,结合景观项目的设计阶段,分析研究项目推进过程中所遇到的问题及改进方法。经研究分析发现:专家调查法的调查结果与笔者的项目研究所得出的结论是相近的,景观设计在项目中及时介入必然会对一个综合项目的推进产生积极意义;景观介入项目的时间越早,对于整个项目的推进及建设结果越有利。并且在介入的过程中,从景观设计的前期概念方案阶段至后期的施工图阶段,景观与规划及建筑的协作将会从整体逐渐进入到细部,并最终达到一体化设计。
[Abstract]:Although the viewpoint of integrated design of planning, architecture and landscape in our country has been put forward as early as the end of the 20th century, more and more projects also put landscape and architecture and planning in the same important position. However, the actual situation of a large number of completed projects shows that there is still inconsistency between landscape and urban planning and architectural design, architecture and planning still occupy a dominant position, and the ideal of integrated planning, architecture and landscape design is far from being realized. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, based on the relevant theories of planning, architecture and landscape, to clarify the relationship between the three; Second, through the expert investigation method to carry on the auxiliary research, according to this topic related question obtains the related investigation result; third, analyzes the research planning, the architecture, the landscape integration design excellent case, obtains the successful case project characteristic; Fourth, the author studies the actual projects in recent years, combined with the design stage of landscape projects, analyzes and studies the problems encountered in the process of project promotion and improvement methods. Through the research and analysis, it is found that the investigation results of the expert investigation method are similar to the conclusions drawn by the author's project research, and the timely intervention of landscape design in the project will inevitably have a positive significance for the promotion of a comprehensive project. The earlier the landscape intervention project, the more favorable the promotion and construction results of the whole project. And in the process of intervention, from the early conceptual scheme stage of landscape design to the later construction drawing stage, the cooperation between landscape and planning and architecture will gradually enter into the detail from the whole, and finally achieve the integrated design.
