【摘要】：正"北方以西"——这里指的是内蒙古呼和浩特以西以北的地区,这里有沙漠、黄河、草原、湖泊、戈壁、高山、平原等。这里的文明源远流长,有大漠孤烟,长河落日的天地气象;有戈壁荒滩上远远的驼铃声,也有风吹草低见牛羊的悠悠牧歌;有黄河九曲唯富一套的河套平原;这里自古有文人骚客的足迹,有金戈铁马的壮怀与豪情;有承载中华历史的秦砖汉简,
