【摘要】：正美国社会学家丹尼尔·贝尔提出的"后工业社会"反映出,从20世纪中叶开始,西方社会的经济基础已经由重工业逐步转向以服务业,信息化产业及高新技术等为主的产业。在此过程中,传统重工业则逐步被更加节能、环保的新型工业所代替,这就是所谓的后工业化。步入21世纪的中国已经完成工业化的进程,也将步入后工业化时期。就此而言,信息化、集约化、国际化、绿色经济、环保资源和可持续发展战略等理念也将在中国社会流行开来。在我看来,对于后工业化时代的生产而言,起决定性作用的不再是资本,而是信息和资讯。绿色环
