书画拍卖市场的造假成因与治理措施

【摘要】：书画是一种具有艺术属性的商品，也是重要的投资工具。书画作品通过在市场上流通，能够实现人与人之间文化信息的交流，在实现创作美与欣赏美之间供需平衡的同时，还具有推动文化发展的作用。书画拍卖是书画流通的重要市场手段，，在改革开放后引入中国，虽经历了几次波折，但因其具有信息披露功能、价格发现功能，日渐成熟，逐渐成为引领书画市场走向的风向标。在当今书画市场日益火爆的背后，书画造假的泛滥已成为不容忽视的现象，正日益危害书画市场的有序发展。分析书画拍卖市场造假的成因，寻找可行的应对措施，对于繁荣书画艺术和促进市场健康有序发展就有重要的现实意义。本文以书画拍卖市场为研究对象，首先分析当前的市场的现状，介绍市场中存在的造假和危害；之后展开，从研究拍卖的基本功能入手，分析拍卖对书画市场繁荣的促进作用；继而对书画拍卖中存在的造假进行深入分析，通过研究市场上常见的造假形式和方法，归纳出造假形成的科技类、市场类和法律类成因。同时，借助信息不对称理论探讨造假形成的经济学原理；最后，结合本人的工作经验，寻找适合书画市场的造假治理措施。本文将改革开放后的书画拍卖市场划分为四个发展阶段，即萌芽、起步、发展和开拓四个时期，对于研究中国书画拍卖发展史有一定的辅助。本文将市场上纷繁的造假现象和造假手段归结为科技、市场和法律方面三类原因，对于研究造假的应对措施提供了方向和依据。本文首次将信息不对称理论引入拍卖造假研究，这对于从经济学角度分析拍卖造假成因有着重要的理论意义。本文提出了艺术品登记制度，通过登记建档实现艺术品流通的有据可查，提高了艺术品造假的难度，这对于书画作品和其他艺术品都具有一定的现实意义。中国的书画市场不但对繁荣经济、促进区域文化融合有着深远的影响，同时还承载、传承延续中华民族五千年优秀文明的重任。研究书画拍卖市场、建立书画拍卖的有序交易体系对于繁荣中国书画艺术、传承中华文明可谓意义深远，且任重道远。所以，本文以研究书画交易的历史纬度和书画造假的手段为切入点，分析书画造假的主要表现形式及其成因，并提出相应的治理对策，为解决当今书画拍卖市场中存在的问题设计可行方案。
[Abstract]:Painting and calligraphy is a commodity with artistic property and an important investment tool. Through the circulation in the market, calligraphy and painting works can realize the exchange of cultural information between people, realize the balance of supply and demand between creation beauty and appreciation beauty, and at the same time promote the development of culture. Calligraphy and painting auction is an important market means of calligraphy and painting circulation. After its introduction into China after the reform and opening up, although it has experienced several twists and turns, it has become more and more mature because of its function of information disclosure and price discovery. Gradually become the leading painting and calligraphy market trend of the vane. Behind the increasing popularity of the painting and calligraphy market, the proliferation of calligraphy and painting counterfeiting has become a phenomenon that can not be ignored, and is increasingly endangering the orderly development of the painting and calligraphy market. It is of great practical significance for the prosperity of calligraphy and painting art and the promotion of healthy and orderly development of the market to analyze the causes of the fraud in the calligraphy and painting auction market and to find feasible countermeasures. This article takes the calligraphy and painting auction market as the research object, first analyzes the present situation of the market, introduces the fraud and harm existing in the market, then starts with the research of the basic function of the auction, analyzes the role of the auction in promoting the prosperity of the calligraphy and painting market. Then it analyzes deeply the fraud existing in calligraphy and painting auction, and summarizes the causes of the formation of fraud, such as science and technology, market and law, by studying the common forms and methods of counterfeiting in the market. At the same time, with the help of asymmetric information theory to explore the economic principles of the formation of fraud; finally, combined with my work experience, looking for the appropriate calligraphy and painting market fraud control measures. This paper divides the auction market of calligraphy and painting into four stages after reform and opening up, that is, germination, start, development and development, which is helpful to study the history of Chinese calligraphy and painting auction. In this paper, the numerous phenomena and means of counterfeiting in the market can be attributed to three kinds of reasons: science, technology, market and law, which provide the direction and basis for the research on the countermeasures of counterfeiting. In this paper, the theory of information asymmetry is introduced into the study of auction fraud for the first time, which has important theoretical significance for analyzing the cause of auction fraud from the angle of economics. This paper puts forward the art registration system, through the registration of archives to achieve the circulation of works of art documented, increased the difficulty of art fraud, which has a certain practical significance for calligraphy and painting works and other works of art. China's calligraphy and painting market not only has a profound impact on the prosperity of economy and regional cultural integration, but also carries on the important task of inheriting and inheriting the excellent civilization of the Chinese nation for five thousand years. Studying the auction market of calligraphy and painting and establishing an orderly trading system of calligraphy and painting auction are of great significance to the prosperity of Chinese calligraphy and painting art and the inheritance of Chinese civilization, and there is a long way to go. Therefore, this paper takes the historical latitude of calligraphy and painting trade and the means of calligraphy and painting counterfeiting as the starting point, analyzes the main manifestations and causes of calligraphy and painting counterfeiting, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. In order to solve the problems existing in the calligraphy and painting auction market, a feasible scheme is designed.
