【摘要】：正高月冬1946年11月生于石家庄市井陉矿区,1969年毕业于天津美术学院并留校任教。现为《女子世界》杂志社美术编审、国家一级美术师、教授。中国国画家协会理事、河北省文化名人联谊会副会长、河北省书画艺术研究会副会长、燕赵诗书画院副院长、河北省美术家协会会员、河北省书法家协会会员、天津滨海画院艺术顾问,当代著名的中国画画家。
[Abstract]:Zhenggao winter was born in Jingxing Mining area Shijiazhuang City in November 1946 and graduated from Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts in 1969. Now for the "Women's World" magazine art editor, national first-class artist, professor. Director of China National painters Association, Vice President of Hebei Cultural and Celebrity Association, Vice President of Hebei calligraphy and painting Art Research Association, Vice President of Yan Zhao calligraphy and painting Academy, member of Hebei artists Association, member of Hebei calligrapher Association, Tianjin Binhai painting Institute art consultant, contemporary famous Chinese painting painter.
