论中国画与饮食文化的相通性

【摘要】:本文主题是论中国画与饮食文化的相通性。论文目的是中国画和饮食文化在美学领域相通性的研究。通过对饮食文化中食物的色香味形等方面剖析,与中国画所呈现给世人“审美”、“意境”等方面进行比对,来找到诸多共同点,从而对中国画与饮食文化在美学上的相通性进行研究。 首先研究饮食文化是中国文化的重要组成部分,伴随着中国文化的发展饮食文化也不断前行,呈现出广视野、深层次、多角度、高品位的文化属性。中国的饮食不仅要求烹饪技术精湛,而且讲究菜肴的美感。菜肴美感的表现方式是多方面的,最终要求达到色、香、味、形、美相结合,能使人在想用美食的同时在精神高度上也能有特殊享受。从审美角度出发,它与中国画有着相同的际遇,饮食文化的发展不但是艺术的发展又寄托着创作者的精神心迹。中国画讲求在二维空间范围内创造反应现实的美,理想的美,是将审美感受和审美理想的有机结合的艺术。它的表现形式上讲究对意境的表达,作者将自己所要表达的思想感情和画面感受结合在一起,使画面更有表现张力,感染力和生命力。 同时,中国几千年的农业文明形成了一种世界观,这种世界观建立在土地上、自然条件上,所以人必须是和自然条件协调的。因而随着时代的发展中国饮食注重美感的同时也注重情趣,尤其是菜肴的名字,,从最早的“狮子头”、“全家福”、到现在的“母子相会”(黄豆炒黄豆芽)、“青龙卧雪”(白糖上放根黄瓜)在品味情趣上要更胜从前。中国画作品中也表现出一种情趣、情调。这是作品精神世界的一种显示,是作者心性人格的一种表现形式,“情趣”可以使作品神形兼备、意境豁达的境界。 通过研究显示中国画与饮食文化在美学上必然有相通性,绘画与食物的也将越来越紧密。中国画和饮食文化的发展同属于成长需要范畴,是社会性需要,也将相互支持相互发展相互渗透,随之也会出现重新创造意义的可能。
[Abstract]:The theme of this paper is to discuss the similarities between Chinese painting and food culture. The purpose of this paper is to study the similarities between Chinese painting and food culture in the field of aesthetics. By analyzing the color, fragrance and shape of food in the food culture, and comparing it with the aspects of "aesthetic" and "artistic conception" presented to the world by Chinese painting, we can find many common points. In order to study the aesthetic similarities between Chinese painting and food culture. First of all, the study of food culture is an important part of Chinese culture, along with the development of Chinese culture, diet culture is constantly moving forward, showing a broad vision, deep, multi-angle, high-grade cultural attributes. Chinese food requires not only exquisite cooking skills, but also the beauty of dishes. There are many ways to express the aesthetic feeling of dishes, and the ultimate requirements are to achieve color, fragrance, taste, shape and beauty, which can make people have special enjoyment at the same time when they want to use delicious food at the same time. From the aesthetic point of view, it and Chinese painting have the same fate, the development of food culture is not only the development of art, but also the spirit of the creator. Chinese painting stresses the creation of realistic beauty and ideal beauty in two dimensional space, which combines aesthetic feeling with aesthetic ideal. Its expression form stresses the expression of artistic conception. The author combines his thoughts and feelings with the feeling of the picture, which makes the picture more expressive tension, appeal and vitality. At the same time, China's agricultural civilization for thousands of years has formed a world outlook, this world outlook is based on the land, natural conditions, so people must be in harmony with natural conditions. As a result, with the development of the times, Chinese diet has paid attention to beauty as well as taste, especially the names of dishes, from the earliest "lion head" to "family photo." To the present "mother and child meet" (soybean fried bean sprouts), "Azure Dragon lying snow" (sugar root cucumber) in taste more than before. Chinese painting works also show a kind of interest, sentiment. This is a manifestation of the spiritual world of the works and a form of expression of the author's mental and sexual personality. The study shows that Chinese painting and food culture must be aesthetic, painting and food will become closer and closer. The development of Chinese painting and food culture both belong to the category of growth needs, social needs, mutual support, mutual development and infiltration, and then there will be the possibility of creating meaning again.
