基于复杂网络的音乐分析与辅助作曲

【摘要】: 音乐是把物体规则震动发出的声音有组织的结合起来的一种艺术表现形式,它既是人类思想和情感的载体又是一种社会行为的存在形式,因此,对音乐的相关研究有着重要意义。随着信息技术的迅速发展,音乐的数字化分析与处理逐渐成为工程与学术界关注的热点之一。该领域主要包括音乐的自动分类、分割、基于内容的音乐检索、音乐的智能创作等方面内容。 本文结合复杂网络理论,对音乐的分析和辅助创作进行了研究,主要内容包括以下几个方面: 第一,系统的研究了复杂网络的相关理论,利用复杂网络对音乐数据进行建模分析,发现了其普遍遵循幂率度分布和小世界特性,该特性可用来自动作曲。 第二,利用复杂网络对中国古代音乐和现代音乐进行分析。根据五线谱和中国古代工尺谱的特点,设计了一种RT编码方式,用以信息的提取和转换。通过分别发现、提取其各自的音乐动机,对跨不同时代、不同文化背景的音乐特点进行了分析。 第三,采用数据挖掘方法研究并建立了音乐动机发现算法。给出了三种音乐动机的挖掘方法:通过频繁项集挖掘算法发现乐曲中频繁重复出现的音乐片段,发现音乐动机;通过求一阶、二阶导数,寻找基于已知音乐动机的变化的、发展的动机;采用数据挖掘中的序列模式挖掘算法,发现乐曲中的主干音动机。 第四,利用复杂网络模型对音乐特性进行研究的基础上,提出并实现了一种支持音乐辅助创作的限定条件的随机行走算法;以基于肖邦作品风格特性,提取音乐动机,对动机重新组合,作为辅助作曲的新动机。
[Abstract]:Music is an artistic expression that combines the sound of regular vibrations of objects together. It is not only a carrier of human thought and emotion, but also a form of social behavior. The research on music is of great significance. With the rapid development of information technology, digital analysis and processing of music has gradually become one of the hot topics in engineering and academic circles. This field mainly includes automatic classification, segmentation, content-based music retrieval, intelligent music creation and so on. Based on the theory of complex network, this paper studies the analysis and assistant creation of music. The main contents are as follows: first, the related theories of complex network are systematically studied. Using complex network to model and analyze music data, it is found that the distribution of power degree and small-world characteristics are generally followed, which can be used to compose music automatically. Second, the use of complex networks to analyze ancient and modern Chinese music. According to the characteristics of the staff spectrum and the ancient Chinese scale spectrum, a RT coding method is designed to extract and convert the information. By finding out and extracting their respective musical motives, this paper analyzes the characteristics of music across different times and different cultural backgrounds. Thirdly, the method of data mining is used to study and establish the algorithm of musical motivation discovery. In this paper, three kinds of musical motivation mining methods are given. They are to find out the music motive by finding the music segments that occur frequently in the music through the frequent itemset mining algorithm, and to find out the change of the music motive based on the known music motive by seeking the first and second derivative. The motivation of development and the algorithm of sequential pattern mining in data mining are used to discover the backbone motivation in music. Fourthly, based on the study of the music characteristics by using the complex network model, a random walking algorithm is proposed and implemented to support the limited conditions of music assisted creation, and based on the style characteristics of Chopin's works, the musical motivation is extracted. Recombination of motivation as a new motivation for auxiliary composition.
