歌唱时体内力量对抗之研究

【摘要】:从肌理上探讨歌唱时体内有关发声器官、肌肉组织之间的工作原理,了解推动歌唱运动顺利进行所需要的动力源泉和支配动力源泉的力量,即:“力量对抗”。“力量对抗”是某种物质另一种物质在作用力或运动方向上是相反的。力量对抗是让“该紧的地方就要紧张积极地用力,该松弛的地方就要大胆地放松”。准确地把握好积极地对抗与大胆地放松这个“度”,才会使歌声达到或接近完美,也才能使歌唱中存在的有关矛盾得以解决。本文从支持歌唱运动顺利进行的气息、肌肉、骨骼等物质基础分析,探索力量对抗的产生、运行和支持力量对抗的内在原因。 本文共分六部分。 第一部分,对抗所依赖的物质条件。本部分从运动物理学和生理学角度对歌唱时身体中产生的力量对抗下了定义,以及对力量对抗所依赖的气息、肌肉、骨骼等物质条件进行较为详细地分析,探索它们在歌唱中的工作原理。 第二部分,对抗的主要部位。本部分从生理学和物理学角度分析身体中有些部位或主要区域有可能存在的力量对抗。 第三部分,对抗的主要走向。本部分对身体中服务于歌唱的各个物质基础在运行中的走向作详细地分析和论证。 第四部分,对抗的意念。本部分从歌唱的乐器建立和咬字行腔的过程出发,探索力量对抗在歌唱中的运行。以及如何操纵身体中有关的力量对抗 第五部分,影响正确对抗效果的主要因素。从主观和客观两大方面着手分析影响歌唱中体内力量对抗的各种因素。 第六部分,建立正确的对抗意识及正确训练力量对抗的方法措施。本部分从不同角度分析力量对抗的表现形式,探讨协调有效的力量对抗与失调无效的力量对抗的关系,从日常生活角度出发,对如何训练正确的力量对抗,提出相应的方法措施。
[Abstract]:This paper probes into the working principles of vocal organs and muscle tissues in singing from the point of view of musculature, and finds out the power source needed to promote the singing movement and the power to dominate the power source, that is, "strength confrontation". Force confrontation is a matter in which another substance is opposite in force or direction of motion. Strength confrontation means that where it is tight, it is necessary to press hard, and where it is loosened, it is necessary to relax boldly. It is only by correctly grasping the positive confrontation and boldly relaxing this "degree" that the singing will reach or approach perfection, and the related contradictions in singing can be solved. Based on the analysis of the material basis of the smooth progress of the singing movement, such as breath, muscle and bone, this paper explores the internal causes of the emergence, operation and support of the force confrontation. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is about the material conditions on which confrontation depends. In this part, the author defines the physical confrontation in singing from the point of view of sports physics and physiology, and analyzes in detail the breath, muscle, bone and other physical conditions that force antagonism depends on. Explore how they work in singing. The second part, the main part of confrontation. This section analyzes possible force confrontations in some parts or major regions of the body from physiological and physical perspectives. The third part, the main trend of confrontation. This part makes a detailed analysis and demonstration of the movement of each material basis serving for singing in the body. The fourth part, the idea of confrontation. This part explores the operation of force confrontation in singing from the establishment of musical instruments and the process of pronunciation. And how to manipulate the body of the force against the fifth part, the main factors affecting the effectiveness of the correct confrontation. From subjective and objective aspects, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the internal strength confrontation in singing. The sixth part, establish the correct antagonism consciousness and the correct training strength counterwork method measure. This part analyzes the manifestation of force confrontation from different angles, discusses the relationship between coordinated and effective force confrontation and dissonant force confrontation, and from the perspective of daily life, discusses how to train the correct force confrontation. The corresponding methods and measures are put forward.
