【摘要】：随着时间的推移,社会的进步,现代人在体验餐饮的同时,对就餐环境的要求也变的更加关注,从布局、功能、美观、特色等等都会成为餐厅的一个亮点来吸引顾客,因此餐厅文化在现代社会变得非常重要。本文从“兰舍”餐厅室内设计的功能分区和材料使用来分析说明,这类充满自然古朴极简风格的餐厅,更能带给顾客温馨舒适的用餐环境,以及净化心灵,隔离浮华社会的喧嚣。餐厅中大量“木与石”的装饰组合不仅可以模拟呈现出自然的环境状态,更是对“绿色设计”的提倡和展示。随着环境污染问题的日益严重,我们在设计的过程中就要关注以及重视对工业材料的使用,来尽量减少对环境的污染和破坏。关注环境问题,人人有责。
[Abstract]:With the passage of time, social progress, modern people in the experience of catering, the requirements of the dining environment has become more concerned, from the layout, function, beauty. Features and so on will become a highlight of the restaurant to attract customers, so restaurant culture has become very important in modern society. This kind of restaurant, which is full of natural simple and simple style, can bring customers a warm and comfortable dining environment and purify their hearts. A large number of decoration combinations of "wood and stone" in the restaurant can not only simulate the natural state of the environment. With the increasingly serious problem of environmental pollution, we should pay attention to the use of industrial materials in the process of design.
