【摘要】:随着人造板产量的逐年上升,人造板饰面材料也在不断的增加。由于珍贵树种木材的匮乏,每年以纸基为主的合成树脂浸渍纸及其装饰板贴面装饰材料增加约6%,使其市场所占份额大大增加。另一方面,各地火灾的频繁发生,对装饰材料的阻燃性能提出了新的要求。 在本项研究中,,通过变换Al(OH)_3阻燃剂和分散剂的用量、浸渍纸的层数、改变合成树脂装饰板的结构,用玻璃纤维织物取代部分浸渍纸,同时添加偶联剂等方法对合成树脂装饰板进行了阻燃处理。此外,还比较了四种不同微细粉末对装饰板耐磨性能和阻燃性能的影响。 本研究所用的Al(OH)_3阻燃剂、分散剂、浸渍纸、玻璃纤维织物、偶联剂、二氧化硅和刚玉微细粉末等试验材料均来自于有关厂家和研究所。试验设计采用了正交试验等方法,合成树脂装饰板的热压工艺为“冷-热-冷”。 试验结果表明:在试验区间内,最优水平组合为Al(OH)_3用量6%、分散剂用量0.5%、浸渍纸的层数为9层。用此参数压制的合成树脂装饰板氧指数值可以达到日本标准(JIS D 1201—77)中难燃等级一级的要求。 在合成树脂装饰板中,通过改变其结构,用玻璃纤维织物取代部分浸渍纸,同时添加偶联剂来提高合成树脂装饰板的阻燃性能是可行的。此类装饰板的氧指数值可以达到日本标准(JIS D 1201—77)中的难燃等级一级。 在试验区间内,刚玉2用量在6%时合成树脂装饰板的耐磨性能最佳;在合成树脂装饰板制造过程中,加入一定量的二氧化硅和刚玉可以提高其耐磨性能,并且使其氧指数值达到日本标准(JIS D 1201—77)中的难燃等级三级以上。
[Abstract]:With the increase of wood-based panel production year by year, wood-based panel finishing materials are also increasing. Due to the lack of precious wood species. Paper based resin impregnated paper and its decorative panel veneer decoration materials increased by about 6 percent each year, which greatly increased its market share. On the other hand, fire occurred frequently in various places. New requirements for flame retardancy of decorative materials are put forward. In this study, by changing the amount of Al(OH)_3 flame retardant and dispersant, the layer number of impregnated paper, the structure of synthetic resin decorative board was changed, and the partially impregnated paper was replaced by glass fiber fabric. In addition, the effects of four kinds of fine powder on the wear resistance and flame retardancy of the decorative panel were compared. Al(OH)_3 flame retardant, dispersant, impregnated paper, glass fiber fabric, coupling agent used in this study. The experimental materials, such as silica and corundum fine powder, come from related factories and institutes. The orthogonal test method is used in the design of the experiment. The hot pressing process of the decorative plate of synthetic resin is "cold, hot and cold". The experimental results show that the optimal level combination is 6 Al(OH)_3 and 0.5% dispersant in the test interval. The number of layers of impregnated paper is 9. The oxygen index values of synthetic resin decorative panels pressed with this parameter can meet the requirements of the Japanese standard JIS D 1201-77). In a synthetic resin decorative board, glass fiber fabric is used to replace partially impregnated paper by changing its structure. At the same time, it is feasible to add coupling agent to improve the flame retardancy of synthetic resin decorative board. The oxygen index of this kind of decorative board can reach the Japanese standard JIS D. 1 201-77). In the test section, when the amount of corundum 2 is 6, the wear resistance of synthetic resin decorative board is the best. In the manufacturing process of synthetic resin decorative board, adding a certain amount of silica and corundum can improve its wear resistance. And the oxygen index value of JIS D 1201-77 is higher than that of the Japanese standard JIS D 1201-77.
