中国馆装饰工程施工总承包管理研究

【摘要】：在我国现有的大型建筑企业集团中，施工总承包实践的水平也有高有低，不少建筑企业在总承包管理过程中暴露出了各种问题。比如，不能采用有效的控制手段和管理方法解决问题、不能建立起适应总承包管理需求的组织体系、在项目实施过程中出现统筹或协调不够的状况等等。从发达国家通行的总承包管理模式看，我国现行工程设计阶段的划分和设计审批程序不利于建筑企业与国际工程建设惯例接轨与合作，施工企业不能直接从事设计任务的规定已经不符合大型建设项目建造的实际需要，目前中国许多大型建筑企业都有专业配套的建筑设计研究院，应该建立建筑设计管理的新体制，修订已经阻碍工程总承包发展的与设计相关的审批程序规定。本文通过对中国馆装饰工程施工总承包管理过程的研究，从施工图设计、施工进度管理和施工质量管理三方面进行论述，从实践工程中发现问题，总结经验，提出解决问题的方法，，为后续实施施工总承包的工程建设提供一些可借鉴和参考的经验。
[Abstract]:In the existing large-scale construction enterprise groups in our country, the level of construction general contracting practice is also high and low, many construction enterprises in the general contract management process exposed a variety of problems, such as. Can not use effective control and management methods to solve the problem, can not set up to meet the general contract management needs of the organization system. In the process of project implementation, there is a lack of coordination and so on. From the perspective of the general contract management mode prevailing in developed countries. The division of current engineering design stages and the design approval procedures in China are not conducive to the integration and cooperation between construction enterprises and international engineering construction practices. The stipulation that the construction enterprise can not be engaged in the design task directly already does not accord with the actual need of the large-scale construction project. At present, many large construction enterprises in China have specialized supporting architectural design and research institute. A new system of architectural design management should be established and the design-related approval procedures that have hindered the development of general contracting projects should be revised. Through the research on the general contract management process of the decoration project of China Pavilion, this paper discusses the construction drawing design, construction schedule management and construction quality management, finds problems in practical engineering, and sums up the experience. The method of solving the problem is put forward, which can be used for reference and reference experience for the construction of construction general contract in the future.
