室内装修对鼻灌洗液中部分炎症性生物标志物的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨挥发性有机化合物的吸入对鼻灌洗液中生物标志物的影响,并评价鼻灌洗方法的可行性。方法选取志愿者32人,其中室内装修油漆工为暴露组,水电工为对照组,测其肺功能;并采取鼻灌洗,测定鼻灌洗液中白细胞介素、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)等含量。结果油漆工1秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV1)平均为308L,比水电工明显下降。油漆工鼻灌洗液中所测炎症性生物标志物含量高于对照水电工,其中ECP含量差异具有显著性(油漆工组均值为357μgL,水电工组均值为279μgL,两组比较P005),且ECP与肺通气功能指标FEV1之间呈显著负相关(相关系数r=-0381,P005)。结论吸入有机挥发物可对呼吸道产生一定的炎症效应,增加鼻炎哮喘等过敏反应的可能性。鼻灌洗方法简单易行。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of inhalation of volatile organic compounds on biomarkers in nasal lavage fluid and evaluate the feasibility of nasal lavage method. Lung function was measured and interleukin in nasal lavage fluid was determined by nasal lavage. Results the mean forced expiratory volume (FEV1) of eosinophilic granulocyte cationic protein was 308L in one second, which was significantly lower than that of water electrician. The content of inflammatory biomarkers measured in the nasal lavage fluid of painters was higher than that of the control. There was significant difference in ECP content between the two groups (the average value of painters was 357 渭 g / L, and the average value of water and electrician was 279 渭 g / L). There was a significant negative correlation between ECP and pulmonary ventilation function index (FEV1). The respiratory tract produces a certain inflammatory effect, Increase the possibility of allergic reactions such as rhinitis and asthma. Nasal lavage is simple and feasible.
