室内装饰材料甲醛释放规律及影响因素的实验研究

【摘要】:人们长时间处于室内环境中,室内环境质量与人们的健康和职业卫生状况息息相关。很多室内装饰材料由于黏结剂的使用会向室内空间释放甲醛。甲醛是一种毒性气体,可以持续释放达十年之久,因此掌握甲醛释放规律对保护人们身体健康、降低危害具有重要意义。早期甲醛浓度预测经验模型虽应用方便但不够准确且缺乏理论支持,随后的传质模型在应用上很不方便,特别是引入了部分不便确定的参数。目前国内外关于甲醛释放规律仍然没有定论,室内温湿度、空气置换率等因素对于甲醛释放的影响机制并不十分清楚,有必要进一步深入研究。 本文选取实木复合地板和细木工板两种室内装饰材料为实验对象,针对温度、湿度和空气置换率三个影响因素设计实验方案,采用气候箱测试方法模拟室内空间甲醛的释放过程并测量甲醛平衡浓度。根据室内空间特点建立起甲醛释放模型,通过对数据的分析拟合研究了甲醛释放规律和相关机理,确定了模型中参数的具体数值,得到甲醛浓度预测模型方程。通过与实验数据的比较,对甲醛释放模型进行了验证。
[Abstract]:People are in indoor environment for a long time, and the quality of indoor environment is closely related to people's health and occupational hygiene. Many indoor decoration materials release formaldehyde into indoor space because of the use of binder. Formaldehyde is a toxic gas. It can be released continuously for ten years, so it is very important to grasp the law of formaldehyde release to protect people's health and reduce the harm. The early empirical model of formaldehyde concentration prediction is convenient to use, but it is not accurate enough and lacks theoretical support. The subsequent mass transfer model is very inconvenient in application, especially some inconvenient parameters are introduced. At present, there is still no conclusion on formaldehyde release law at home and abroad, and indoor temperature and humidity, The influence mechanism of air exchange rate on formaldehyde release is not very clear, so it is necessary to further study. In this paper, two kinds of indoor decoration materials, solid wood composite floor and log board, are selected as experimental objects, and the experimental scheme is designed according to the three factors of temperature, humidity and air replacement rate. The formaldehyde release process in indoor space was simulated and the formaldehyde equilibrium concentration was measured by using the method of climate box test. According to the characteristics of indoor space, the formaldehyde release model was established, and the formaldehyde release law and related mechanism were studied by analyzing and fitting the data. The specific values of the parameters in the model are determined and the model equation of formaldehyde concentration prediction is obtained. The formaldehyde release model is verified by comparing with the experimental data.
