【摘要】：近年来，随着我国经济的快速增长，建筑业获得了巨大的发展空间。建筑工程质量和人民生活质量息息相关，密不可分，由于建筑工程质量问题而引发的投诉、纠纷、以及索赔等已成为社会关注的焦点、热点问题。建筑装饰工程质量是建筑工程质量中尤为重要的组成部分，装饰工程施工质量管理中存在的问题直接关系到人民的身体健康和生命财产安全。本文主要以全面质量管理理论体系为基础，，围绕沈阳锦绣天工程公司质量发展目标，针对沈阳锦绣天工程公司质量管理现状、组织结构、制度环境以及检查验收等几个方面存在的问题及其原因进行了分析，并在此基础上，分别从人的因素，技术的因素，管理的因素，环境的因素，社会的因素等方面说明建立沈阳锦绣天工程公司质量管理体系的必要性。装饰工程的质量管理主要集中在对设计阶段，施工阶段，验收阶段三个阶段的质量控制。其中施工阶段在整个项目实施过程中起到了承上启下的关键性作用，关系到整个项目的成败。本文分析了国内外质量管理的发展历史，并以沈阳锦绣天工程公司装饰工程质量管理的实际情况为基础，结合具体案例和工作经验，提出装饰工程质量管理应该以预防为主，侧重设计阶段和施工阶段的质量控制，建立了一套比较完善的装饰工程质量保证体系及保障措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid growth of China's economy, the construction industry has obtained a huge space for development.The quality of construction works is closely related to the quality of life of the people. The complaints, disputes and claims caused by the quality of construction projects have become the focus and hot issues of the society.The quality of architectural decoration engineering is an important part of the quality of building engineering. The problems existing in the construction quality management of decoration engineering are directly related to the health of the people and the safety of life and property.Based on the theory system of total quality management, this paper focuses on the quality development goal of Shenyang Jinxiutian Engineering Company, and aims at the present situation of quality management and organization structure of Shenyang Jinxiutian Engineering Company.The problems existing in the system environment, inspection and acceptance and their causes are analyzed. On this basis, the factors of human, technology, management, environment and so on are analyzed, respectively.Social factors explain the necessity of establishing quality management system of Shenyang Jinxiutian Engineering Company.The quality management of decoration engineering is mainly focused on the quality control of design stage, construction stage and acceptance stage.The construction stage plays a key role in the whole project implementation process, related to the success or failure of the whole project.This paper analyzes the development history of quality management at home and abroad, and based on the actual situation of decoration engineering quality management in Shenyang Jinxiutian Engineering Company, combined with specific cases and working experience, puts forward that the quality management of decoration engineering should be based on prevention.Focusing on the quality control of the design stage and the construction stage, a set of perfect quality assurance system and measures for decoration engineering are established.
